Yes, finally someone bringing light on pay to win bedrock servers. P2W servers on bedrock are not very well known about. Especially servers that are pay to win AND mojang partners.
Back when I was a child I played a survival server with a clan of hackers. We had gear beyond godly and had command blocks. We could literally do anything and we never got banned ever. They invited me purely because I could build. We never harmed players and just helped new people. It was fun. I made tons of friends. Their server sucked, but it formed my childhood, and I kinda miss it.
One of the reasons i pretty much quit playing Bedrock on servers was back when MCPE became Bedrock. Before we all used to be somewhat social, the chat feature was always being used, while nowadays, that doesn't seem to be a thing. On most servers everyone just stays quiet and it feels quite depressing honestly
*Did You Know?* There are actual high school roleplaying servers in _Java Edition._ As in, you roleplay as a student, make friends, join cliques, go to class, et cetera. I have no idea what that one _Bedrock Edition_ server was trying to pull, there…
Thank you for viewing the things wrong with the Bedrock Minecraft servers. Also, one thing about Mineville city is that it used to be called inPvP. As the name suggest, it was a pvp based server where ALL 10+ gamemodes were free, one of the only things you could buy were cosmetics. It's honestly so sad to see it change into something so P2P as I used to play the server a lot. I doubt you'll see this comment but it's fine, thank you for making this.
im pretty sure you can access inpvp from mineville not sure if thats changed since i last played Bedrock 2 years ago queue does take long time to fill up tho
I love this so much. As a hive main and bedrock player that is petty active and known in the community I love to see bigger YTrs support the servers. Shouting out Potato25 also was an amazing bit. And also interesting to see your opinions on HIVE since it is what me and my friends play full on competitively. Hope to see more of these style in the future.
I was actually hyped to see his opinion on Cubecraft (the main server I play on, Eggwars is fire) and Hive, because even in the few times I've played Hive, I actually thought the server was pretty damn good. A little laggy on my end, but whatever. I'm still pretty grateful that a big Java player gave the actually good servers that are grouped in or squashed by the scum around them a chance, and continued to annihilate the slop that plagues the featured page.
This shows that it's not that Mojang cares about P2W in the very rare instances they take any action, it's that they're angry they're not getting a cut.
@diablofolds5478 Do you really think it does anything? My comment stands; the rare instances they do anything is because they don't get a cut. I wouldn't be surprised if they ask P2W servers for a cut to be left alone considering Bedrock has them promoted. You can report them all you want, it's the lack of action that speaks volumes about Mojang.
@@vismattress5760 They had the authority until they were bought out by microsoft, so I'm willing to put just as much blame for them having allowed them at all.
LEGENDARY VIDEO - like you said, it's really saying something when the servers throwing (cosmetic) microtransactions seem "good" as compared to the others. It's rough when really only 3 of the 7 featured servers are actually playable/enjoyable.
As someone who is a bedrock main and in the bedrock community, we constantly clown on pixel paradise for their insane pay to play games. Unfortunately, the devs are just money hungry.
Pixel paradise is a joke. When Galaxite appeared in the menu I got exited because another server to play on is amazing and it didn't disappoint. When Pixel paradise appeared I got exited and when I got in and found out like 1 or 2 minigames are playable without paying I left and never returned.
@@MaxWasSurprised I was also excited when Pixel Paradise first came out. But then I couldn't get in because of an error that was affecting almost everyone. Then when I did finally get in I was very disappointed by the fact that only 1 or 2 gamemodes were available to play for free.
Yeah exactly, the only considerable servers are The Hive, CubeCraft and Galaxite (Galaxite is not that bad, it only charges you for passes and cosmetics, which is way better than Pixel Paradise's P2W, i once fell into that shit and never went there)
The fact that the server still exists means someone is paying for this crap. And I mean, Microsoft is promoting them, so some gullible people give it a try and a few microtransactions later the players fall into the infamous sunk cost fallacy.
Ive been a member of Galaxite for over 2 years, and Im a member of the moderation team. Super hyped to hear your kind words :D As a side note to your video, the gems (which are earned very easily and quickly) can be used in the rotating gem shop to buy 99.9% of the cosmetics that are for sale in the shop
Yes but there is that pesky 0.01% that's not cosmetics and also you might be able to earn gems yes and maybe even without the grind yes, but if they can be bought and it is a currency that can buy that 0.01% of items that isn't cosmetic then yes it is p2w for people who can't afford the less than 1% of items that can be bought are at a disadvantage.
@@axallotofquestionsMusic what exactly would those items be? I’m genuinely curious since I don’t really play on Bedrock. Servers gotta stay up somehow.
I remember when after the 1.16 update released on bedrock, you could edit nbt without op on mineplex. The worst part was that you could edit JAVA nbt, which let you grief wayyyy easier by just making a super strong ghast (as opposed to manually placing tnt). We managed to basically disable any gamemode where you could place blocks and destroy every lobby. The mineplex dev had left right before that, so they were screwed for a while
You forgot the combat logging on Lifeboat as well as what I call the "pvp tax" where only a percentage of the loot of the player you kill actually shows up. Also the current glitch of instantly breaking cobwebs when you hold any tool without using any durability. And also the previous bug of taking damage when going down ladders no matter what in the PVP mine. AND also the method to bypass any restrictions on freeplay.
I like lifeboat for the bedwars and the free 20 minutes of prison lol. I saw a VIP guy in one in the chamber and he was flying, I didn't think much since I killed him, but I thought flying was a VIP access thing lol
@@michaelmower9200 XD you can get around the 20 minutes of access without VIP pass, you just can't mine blocks - it's only useful for pvp. Nice job though XD I love killing VIP people.
@@SigmatusTheSecond you can mine blocks, at least, you start out with your hand and it takes a while. Makes it feel like a real prison lmao. And thank you sir
No, people have not forgotten, its just that all the older players gave up (me included). I've decided I won't touch anything past 1.19 (although anything past 1.16 feels very off anyways) and I don't really touch multiplayer anymore since servers like to update. Sure, the large young playerbase has forgotten and will unfortunately grow up with the husk that is modern Minecraft, but that's about it. I imagine the second downfall will soon follow.
@@dustbuster I still don't know why that is the case. All that was there presented in the Live show was just 5 new features, in 20 minutes of the 2 hour direct. Half of it went to Dungeons and Legends, two things that weren't even supposed to be in the direct. I'm still pretty pissed by everything, and will still continue to play on 1.8.9 and stay back on 1.19.
Speaking on my experience with Bedrock Lifeboat. Their Bedwars game is a crime against programming. I basically only played it to abuse the glitches and troll people to such an extent that I am genuinely surprised I haven't received any punishment for it. I could literally have made a ten minute video minimum showing off all the exploits in it. Here's just a list of them: (Patched but persisted for a good SIX MONTHS): "Rescue Platforms" - These items used to spawn a slime platform beneath you, however most of the time you'd phase through them. To fix this the devs replaced the slime with cobblestone and made them 2 blocks thick. The problem with this was that cobblestone is unbreakable, so if you get 2 rescue platforms, which is very easy, you can make any bed unbreakable. This was the first of many issues with having the ability to place unbreakable blocks, others include: permanently making the shop inaccessible, spawn trapping people by making them suffocate (lifeboat's spawn safety detection is horrible, its so bad that if you build a tower into the sky at the spawn point, people will be forced to spawn on top of it, combine that with the rescue platform exploit and any team is going to be stuck in the sky). Surrounding an enemy player in a box so that your own team cannot possibly kill them. Yes I actually did that last one and one thing you will learn about lifeboat players is that they don't quit. Leading to my next discovery: - No timer - The game will not end until a team wins. I've literally forced games to go on for hours (why you'd even stay to play this is beyond me, I was doing other things at the same time). - Dumb fall damage - Currently there is a bug that going down ladders counts as falling, on some maps you can use this to make insta-kill fall traps. This isn't the only fall damage issue though, simply falling near a wall can deal damage to you in mid air. There used to be a bug on lifeboat where non-pc players could basically attack you without even looking at you, not hacking, just bad handling of game latency. The scuffed pvp of lifeboat is really something special, there's moments where you will encounter people who have literally no idea what they are doing and you just stomp them and then there's moments where some dude will just casually walk over air, destroy your existence without even looking at you, and not get banned. I could literally go on and on, but to be honest I'd rather keep that knowledge secret so I can take advantage of it. Even being so much better than pixel paradise this one shouldn't be partnered either.
As a bedrock player I would like to give some credit to the two servers you didn't talk about, Cubecraft and the Hive. Neither really have any hacker or lag issues with some decent gamemodes. As for the players being unskilled, that tends to be mainly on the smaller bedrock servers with Cubecraft and Hive having some skilled pc players. Edit: I'm still seeing replies on this, I have switched over to java more recently but would like to give credit to Galaxite. It recently pulled back on its cosmetic push to players and has some unique gamemodes that arent anywhere else.
Two things that I’ve noticed on bedrock servers is 1) most of them are pretty much the same. The best one, imo, being the hive. And 2) They are very unoptimized. Pixel Paradise is laggy as hell on switch. Btw, hive is luckily very fun if even if you don’t pay, which is nice.
Hive is quite bad on my PC (Mainly the Main Lobby possibility due to have the people in there but when in a Custom Lobby or anywhere with less then say 100 people is fine)
Even the good servers have issues. Cubecraft itself has even straight up copied maps from servers like hypixel and the hive's auto-cheat never seems to work, and there are a TON of hackers. I'm just glad that youtubers are bringing up issues like the ones stated in the vid. I love your work :)
@@camgames It's for sure improving, but at the moment, there are still tons of hackers that I fight against every day that don't get banned. And for cubecraft, they are loosing players. I've looked at the player count and the hive is growing to around 11-12,000 players online. Cubecraft really is digging their own grave.
i remember buying the hive's vip thing the year it was launched and i don't regret spending my money on there. probably the reason why it has the most players out of all the featured servers is it's optimization; little to no lag and how the minigames and players are treated like devs/staffs are actually listening. cheaters, exploits, bug abuse etc. never seen them once in the hive. still is the best featured server years later
I played so much Lifeboat Survival mode, it really brought me back to older survival, and it was really fun just getting diamond armor and smoking everyone
As a Bedrock player, this brings some light on servers that aren’t the greatest, even though you didn’t fully cover the servers that us players actually enjoy, the good servers such as Hive and Zeqa, Hive being the Hypixel of bedrock and Zeqa being the Minemen, makes me want to state that that not all our servers are terrible and pay to play/win. Since Hive, Zeqa, Cubecraft, and Galaxite’s paid content doesn’t cross with the games, as stated by their staff members and players, it’s not really a competitive advantage. Also, the servers you covered in this video, are mainly disliked by the bedrock community, and not played much. Also, the people who actually spend money on the pay to play servers, are people who can’t play Java, since most of the bedrock players are in fact on mobile or console. Oh, and also, I just want to talk about the Housing problem on Mineplex. I’m not even going to talk about it, but it’s pretty bad, the first result is just disgusting.
@@Hudson-smm I’m a hive main aswell, but I wouldn’t say the updates make it terrible, the only twist that I find really annoying is in capture the flag where you can’t capture unless you have your flag, but still it makes for some interesting games. I think they could do it without the twists if Microsoft didn’t make it so they had to have original content.
@@zcqtt capping the flag only when u have ur flag isnt a twist its a balance so the game isnt just "which team can run back and forth 3 times faster" and u have to try and fight back for your flag
@@Hudson-smm The twists wouldn’t be there if Microsoft told Minecraft that they had to make a rule that all the servers wouldn’t be stealing each others content. I think Hive would play better if the twists weren’t there, but Skywars isn’t half bad. I agree, that the RNG factor isn’t the greatest, but if your decent enough at the game it shouldn’t be a problem, also with bad RNG your gonna get gold ore, which can spawn pretty much anything. Say for instance, you don’t get a chestplate, it won’t be a problem if you get blocks which can be obtained by mining the ores on your island or mining the surroundings, since you can go to the island before middle and loot there, since people will either be fighting at mid or staying at their island. In the end, as long as you have a strategy, getting bad RNG won’t be much of a problem.
bedrock will always have a special place in my heart because my best friend as a child (now partner) met via minecraft bedrock servers when were both were like 11/12 and now we are about to be in our 20s, but also the fact is I remember being prayed apoan by child predators on minecraft bedrock servers. Imagine just trying to have fun on a RP server when ur 11 to be groomed by a 19yr old.
The fun thing is I was discovering the bedrock featured servers in the past 2 weeks too and after java gameplay it seems messed up so much. Too many things the dev teams are trying to steal your money with, to laggy players, easy mode playing, too silence in chat for regular players. I don't think I will play on the servers yet because I don't have the same amount of experience gain as from Minecraft Java. also wth with nametag numbers I can't get rid off xbox, srsly, get rid of it.
I remember back when Mineville was called Nova PVP or something, and featured pvp gamemodes like bedwars and capture the flag. I haven’t played Bedrock for some time now, and it’s sad to see what it’s turned into because I remember having a lot of fun on it back then.
As a Bedrock player and content creator, I think this video is very accurate - good job! The only thing I would dispute a bit is that I think you over-hyped the cheater problem just a bit. Although they certainly pop up from time to time, generally they don't effect much, as most of them are on mobile and can thus be beaten anyway (which feels great lol) and also the good servers (Galaxite, CubeCraft, and Hive) usually ban them pretty quickly (many times before the game even ends, which also feels great). As far as the other servers, I just don't play them (which might be why I don't see cheaters as much tbh).
@GhostingAndCheating Yeah that is fair. I know it is pretty easy to cheat on Bedrock, but my point was that since the player base is so large and that many people don't know how to/can't hack, it isn't that bad. However, I have been in situations like you described where the hacker is blatant and doesn't get banned, which really sucks.
I feel like bedrock has just as much potential for success then Java does. And what I believe is holding back it’s success are these crappy mc servers and marketplace. Everything is just made without proper thought and promotes people with little to no integrity.
I'm kinda glad someone is talking about this because when you've played and these types of servers for who knows how long (like I have) you kinda of just forget about how much it's putting in you face to buy this thing to let you play just a single game. Honestly you kinda of just have figure what few servers you can play on without buy something and what not to click if you don't want a pop up.
"I don't know what kind of fever dream I walked into, but honestly this is great!". That comment about Lifeboat survival made me crack up. Good job on highlighting the insane issues with Bedrock. It makes me even more grateful that Java edition hasn't been allowed to be corrupted to that level of exploitation.
Just a side note for pixel paradise, the ONLY games you could play when it came out were tnt run, and spleef. Microsoft isn’t even trying to hide the fact that they are exploiting children
i miss old mineville i remember logging on for the first time on my kindle and it was amazing at the time it was still called InPVP and was not cluttered with pay to win elements and it was a simple server like hive combined with Hypixel what has happened to minecraft bedrock edition to make it this bad and sad RIP MCBE 2016 - 2022
As a Bedrock Edition player, I wish that Microsoft just never made these Pay to Play servers featured. Bedrock does have good servers like the Hive but most of the others just drag it down to a point where no Java players would even think of trying Bedrock servers.
Thank you for talking about this, more people should know about these shitty servers, I hope one day Microsoft changes for the better, for the players. About lifeboat survival, I played alot of it a while back and your right about hacking and illegal items, I was apart of a group that attempted to "cleanse" the servers of these hackers, (I left the group after 5 months) havent been on in a while they may have changed it but diamond spawns are broken, the map is extremely bad, hackers run around without any consequences and much more. Thank you for talking about this again.
I've only personally truly played the Hive and CubeCraft. When Pixel Parades came out I tried to join and it was an absolute shit show. When galaxite came out it was more like CubeCraft, but now has become something that I sometimes boot up bedrock edition just to play.
Fun fact: Back in late 2015 to 2016 was when lifeboats' survival server (then called survival mode) first began, exposing mcpe players to their first anarchy environment. This lead to several groups and player teams inspired by the Java 2b2t to pop up.
Just imagine, back when there were no resets. There was a forest spanning hundreds of blocks where trees were planted from bedrock til the build limit. A City of Stone hidden underground with stone skinned players populating them. The spawn fortress, towns and outposts, all manned and managed by the Founders of SM.
If you keep doing videos like this you should do one on modded servers, things like pixelmon servers with big numbers are only pay to win except for the very few.
Thanks for bringing this to public attention, especially the p2w aspects. Mineplex especially has issues with hacking and I think hacking on bedrock needs it’s own video
It’s sad knowing the Minecraft version I have played on for so many years now has just been overrun with filthy micro transactions and hackers. It also sucks because I have no way of buying Java addition so I’m stuck with the ps3 and switch versions (sometimes I wish I never got the switch version)
Mineville USED to be a minigames server called InPVP. It used to have bedwars, skywars, etc. For some reason though around 2021-2022 they decided to remove the mini games entirely. I bought engineer rank back in 2019 on the server and all the perks were mostly for the mini games. Those of course are now useless
I honestly like the idea of a server you pay like 3$ to play on. It means the server can generate income without P2W mechanics and it should deter cheaters from joining as they have to pay to play.
@@Unbreakable245 Totally agree these servers went nuts only make it P2P but then P2W with kits. It should be a flat server fee and then you get to play everything.
Ain't no way I'm in the fricken video! But anyways Mineplex survival is really scuffed. From a dupe duping so much that it crashes the server for several days. It was fun back then 1+ years ago but nowadays the hackers just take down servers so no one can play. Though a couple months ago a moderator named guardianAsuit announced that survival will be having a reset tho I do not know when.
I remeber playing minecraft bedrock and Lifeboat was so sad for me as it seemed so intresting to my younger self. Then pixel paradise arrived and i was so happy to have a new server only to realize i needed to pay to do anything. It really sucked because after only playing on bedrock for years it was so refreshing to have a new server only to realize you could do nothing.
while the bedrock servers are genuine garbage, there is some heartwarming nostalgia in seeing actual tablet toddlers expirence the game and even cheat like we did before beta 1.2, so much nostalgia from people duping and invhacking like crazy lmao. Hopefully they grow up with this game and expirence the older communities before them, minecraft will always remain a indie legend even in rough times.
Unfortunately instead of being known for the hive, cubecraft, zeqa or galaxite... were known for the cashgrabs mojang is forced to sponsor. 14:10 also the hive would make you think otherwise
I agree with what your saying as a person who has experience both bedrock (1500+ hours) and java (nearly 1000 hours) but mineplex and other servers such as cubecraft seem to me not horrible besides the offers for upgrades. I like those mentioned servers more because their gamemodes do not require you to pay and have a good player base. On mineplex if u want to dupe in the survival there’s a glitch where u can set a home in one spot, set a home on a different server that’s still survival and if u places a shulker in the small time it had delay before teleporting to the selected home, you will find a shulker in your inventory, and once u teleport back to the first home, you will find a shulker placed on the ground, effectively duping them.
Pixel paradise island game mode has a dupe glitch involving crafting and it’s hilarious. I basically flooded the server with a shit ton of valuable things, the problem was being able to give it to people, but I did manage to figure it out. I’m glad I ruined any incentive to play for the few that were on there
Hey @TheMisterEpic Just letting you know, being somebody who uses a client that has item giving and nbt editing capabilities. NBT editing and Item giving does not work on any of the featured servers. The only time it ever worked was for about a week when the exploits were first discovered. The only illegal items on lifeboat are xrayed items.
iirc mineplex survival is split into different worlds, when you click on the npc you're sent to a random world and you're given blocks like bricks and planks, that's the weirdest survival i've seen on a server imo
Mineville used to be a different server called InPVP with lots of really fun pvp gamemodes (all for free), but it got rebranded as Mineville, but the InPVP gamemodes were still available to play for free. Then, they removed the InPVP gamemodes as well.
I played Pocket Edition all the time back in 2013-2017 or so. Lifeboat, back then a survival games server, was one of the only consistently functional servers on MCPE, and I played it quite often. It was somewhat p2w with ranked kits, but it wasn't uncommon to be randomly gifted kit access temporarily upon logging in, and the fact it was the only server I could play on consistently makes the old version have a special place in my heart.
I remember when I had joined Mineplex's survival gamemode on Bedrock. It had a duplication glitch where it wouldn't subtract the ingredients to a recipe, meaning if you had 9 diamonds and craft it into a block, you'll have both the diamond block and the 9 diamonds you just used to craft it. You can do the math and figure out what that means.
a couple years ago when i still played bedrock minecraft on lifeboat, i got into prison and there were SO MANY GLITCHES, you could use crafting tables and furnaces at the SPAWN. You could dupe by moving pumpkin pies/bread into the slot of the item you wanted to dupe, it was absolutely crazy, hopefully its fixed now though, but i remember zombie survival on lifeboat especially being glitchy as heck.
Minecraft Bedrock Realms are also riddled with hackers, I remember playing with about 10 mates on an anarchy server a couple years back (allowed all cheats other than pvp and game breaking), with our manpower and dedication (we collectively spent about 400 hours on the server in the short 2 months it was up and none of us used cheats) we quickly rose to be the largest base on the server, living tens of thousands of blocks out, maxed out sets of netherite gear, stacks of diamonds and overpowered one shot crossbows (this is doable on bedrock with harming II arrows) we ended up killing the ender dragon and securing multiple elytras and the dragon egg. We had stacks upon stacks of raiding gear such as tnt and enderpearls. We were effectively unstoppable, we were constantly raiding bases and if someone somehow managed to lose their items they would be back to maxed out gear in only a couple hours of netherite grinding. We ended up getting our base destroyed by a rebel but it didn't stop us from going even further away and building a new base. We became infamous to the server and were feared throughout, even the server owner joined our base for a while. Unfortunately, as time would tell, a malicious hacker joined, placed down a single command block and permanently shut down the server. 2 whole months of work from hundreds of people destroyed in seconds. It's a shame the owner didn't put down measurements to stop the hacks from happeneing.
Finally someone talks abt this. Me and a friend (1.9 java mains) played bedrock for a few weeks and we dominated until we realized how many hackers there were on bedrock
I feel like this video could do with a dedicated section to the 1 really good server, the hive. The games on the hive are actually high quality and thought out, no p2w or p2p, their revenue comes from cosmetics, which they dont throw in your face unlike galaxite. This is also where you will find better pvpers, on games like skywars and treasure wars, as matchmaking is based on device. Really good video overall, this has to be addressed more in the bedrock community.
When I was a lot younger I used to play Mineplex survival. Let me tell you, it was a nightmare. The world size was limited very tightly so it was just a wasteland, and people were handing out end portals left and right.
The worst one was pixel paradise like a lot of bedrock TH-camrs tried to show people how bad it is and yet Minecraft do nothing, lifeboat is riddled with hackers and bugs, plus there are only two servers that are good ( cubecraft and hive ) but even then hive is the only good one since cubecraft is laggy
Lifeboat survival is probably the most fun i've had with minecraft bedrock. Since it reset really often there's not really any stakes in what you're doing, and the freedom is great, bring back fond memories of early minecraft servers with hundred of plugins
I want to talk about the lifeboat survival mode servers…they are kind of the servers that I grew up on and still play today. I largely agree with your statement about the hackers however almost everything else about the servers I love. You can build massive castle knowing that they wouldn’t be there the next day or at least largely greifed however that was sort of the fun of it. It is one of the last reasons that I still play bedrock edition at all likely because of the point you brought up there aren’t anymore of these kinds of servers. But anyway that’s just my take on it I’ve been playing them for about 5 years now.
Honestly, you are completely 100% correct. From my perspective Bedrock servers are filled with cheaters and hackers and people love to exploit bugs, these people are hitting me in pvp without their camera looking at me and people are killaura and quick structure hacking, and the worst part is, The Moderators don't do their jobs and they are just doing parkour and playing games while getting paid to do something they aren't even doing.
It's even worse because on consule you need to pay a subscription just to play multiplayer, and now there's only 5 servers you can play if you're not on PC

@diablofolds5478 Do you really think it does anything? My comment stands; the rare instances they do anything is because they don't get a cut. I wouldn't be surprised if they ask P2W servers for a cut to be left alone considering Bedrock has them promoted.

Yeah exactly, the only considerable servers are The Hive, CubeCraft and Galaxite (Galaxite is not that bad, it only charges you for passes and cosmetics, which is way better than Pixel Paradise's P2W, i once fell into that shit and never went there)
Lifeboat too
The fact that the server still exists means someone is paying for this crap. And I mean, Microsoft is promoting them, so some gullible people give it a try and a few microtransactions later the players fall into the infamous sunk cost fallacy.
"As long as it's lining microsoft's pockets, they don't care if you're exploiting children" you hit the nail on the head

As a side note to your video, the gems (which are earned very easily and quickly) can be used in the rotating gem shop to buy 99.9% of the cosmetics that are for sale in the shop
Hell alloy, funny seeing you here. XD

Sure, the large young playerbase has forgotten and will unfortunately grow up with the husk that is modern Minecraft, but that's about it. I imagine the second downfall will soon follow.

Here's just a list of them:
(Patched but persisted for a good SIX MONTHS): "Rescue Platforms"
- These items used to spawn a slime platform beneath you, however most of the time you'd phase through them. Leading to my next discovery:
- No timer - The game will not end until a team wins.

Hey! I just want to clarify something.
On the Xbox/PS4/PS5/Switch editions, featured servers are the only servers you can play.
Two things that I’ve noticed on bedrock servers is 1) most of them are pretty much the same. The best one, imo, being the hive. And 2) They are very unoptimized. Pixel Paradise is laggy as hell on switch. Btw, hive is luckily very fun if even if you don’t pay, which is nice.
minecraft on switch overall is bad
@@toniee98 agreed it is so annoying to play against lag, pc players and just annoying server mechanics that are better on other devices
I'm pretty sure the laggiest featured server is Lifeboat but but both are equally terrible. Hive is cool, capture the flag the best :)
Hive is quite bad on my PC (Mainly the Main Lobby possibility due to have the people in there but when in a Custom Lobby or anywhere with less then say 100 people is fine)
@@toniee98 really surprising that it runs better than Xbox (One)
Even the good servers have issues. Cubecraft itself has even straight up copied maps from servers like hypixel and the hive's auto-cheat never seems to work, and there are a TON of hackers.

i remember buying the hive's vip thing the year it was launched and i don't regret spending my money on there. probably the reason why it has the most players out of all the featured servers is it's optimization; little to no lag and how the minigames and players are treated like devs/staffs are actually listening. cheaters, exploits, bug abuse etc. never seen them once in the hive.
still is the best featured server years later
Housing problem. Huh, Minecraft is becoming more realistic ig
@@NoxDolore yeah, I just think it should be somewhere we’re a kid cant easily access that kind of stuff
As an American, I can confirm that we do, in fact, mine ores every day in the cafeteria.
bedrock will always have a special place in my heart because my best friend as a child (now partner) met via minecraft bedrock servers when were both were like 11/12 and now we are about to be in our 20s, but also the fact is I remember being prayed apoan by child predators on minecraft bedrock servers.
You need to understand that the most popular servers are galaxite, cubecraft and the hive and they aren't pay to play
Toolbox and horsion are the 2 main hacks for bedrock and toolbox sucks
Galaxite represent whoo hoo

@GhostingAndCheating Yeah that is fair. I know it is pretty easy to cheat on Bedrock, but my point was that since the player base is so large and that many people don't know how to/can't hack, it isn't that bad. However, I have been in situations like you described where the hacker is blatant and doesn't get banned, which really sucks.
I feel like bedrock has just as much potential for success then Java does. And what I believe is holding back it’s success are these crappy mc servers and marketplace. Everything is just made without proper thought and promotes people with little to no integrity.

Mojang (Bedrock): I'll pretend i never see that...
Gimme some muney under the table tho.
Thank you for not ignoring the bedrock community.
Really good video overall, this has to be addressed more in the bedrock community.
i can't tell if the "sensei wu" in mineville is a deliberate reference on the server's part, but i love that u referenced ninjago in the editing lol
When I was a lot younger I used to play Mineplex survival. Let me tell you, it was a nightmare. The world size was limited very tightly so it was just a wasteland, and people were handing out end portals left and right.
This is really underrated but I love it, keep it up. Also I play pocket edition and hate pay-to-win servers like these
Closing your eyes and picking a random anime would require self-consciousness.
Since it reset really often there's not really any stakes in what you're doing, and the freedom is great, bring back fond memories of early minecraft servers with hundred of plugins
whats worse is that for android phones for 5.0 and up bedrock itself lags alot in offline worlds or any server or realms and it takes CHUNK of memory.
From my perspective Bedrock servers are filled with cheaters and hackers and people love to exploit bugs, these people are hitting me in pvp without their camera looking at me and people are killaura and quick structure hacking, and the worst part is, The Moderators don't do their jobs and they are just doing parkour and playing games while getting paid to do something they aren't even doing.
nah that minvillie rpg games interesting for a super lowkey laid back night
😊
I would like to note that nbt glitches have been completely fixed.
It's even worse because on consule you need to pay a subscription just to play multiplayer, and now there's only 5 servers you can play if you're not on PC
was not ready for the New World music in the opening
