Huge thanks for watching and tight lines 👍🎣🐟
Some great advice. Particularly on what to include in your kit bag. Lures look great. Be watching more of your videos to see how you get in with them. Nice video.
Thanks mark :) there are loads of different bits and bobs you can take with you, i try to travel light as possible and tbh i will prob cut down to 1 lure box as the season goes on!
Looking forward to seeing how the rod performs I need a upgrade and its definetly on my radar
Its a ace rod used it and just feels nice and decent :)
Nice rod and nice lures and I share you out on my community tab 😊
Thank you :)
That's a well thought out kit. I've reduced my lures to just one box of very reliables
(most are homemade tweaking lures).
A mini pair of good binoculars are also dead handy for spotting surface action at a distance.
Great idea about binoculars cheers
I will downsize my box to 1 box too just too hard to choose atm!
Lovely set up 🎣
Cheers Dean
Thanks, interesting to see what others pack. I'm a big fan of teasers too, the white and chartreuse is my default night-time lure. I like the K2 also, but if you want a very shallow diver try to find MajorCraft DC12 or DC9, they cast twice as far (if that's important on your marks), and you can tune them to suspend, allowing them to be fished very, very slowly.
I think the Savage Gear loading wire is too thick, looks like plumber's solder to me. I use thick pure lead wire, 1.2mm. Also tungsten spikes from AliEx- nice and slim compared to lead.
Thanks for the advice i will deffo check out the lures :)
Good collection of lures my granddaughter & me use prawn shape lures with good results if u can get some i recon u will catch bass .Happy catching from AUSTRALIA Nick PS
Cheers mate ill take a look :)
Good video, those HTO nebula rods are great, I've got the 2.7m 12-42g rod and it's brilliant
What reel you using mate just out of curiosity?
@@TheEastbourneFisherman I'm using the penn battle III 3000 DX, lovely reel, I've also just ordered the 7-35g version of the Nebula as I want to try some smaller and lighter lures
@@samlomer9988 lol i was gonna go for the 12 - 42g so i can have both options but tbh i dont cast more than a 35g anyway
@@TheEastbourneFisherman its a lovely rod, but like you I haven't cast above 30g on the 12-42g rod, plus I want to be able to use some smaller lighter lures for a change
I carry a feed shallow 105 mullet n a 100 patchinko 500g 2or3 360gt’s n a dexter wedge lol
Lures = shiney = magpie syndrome lol
I will cut this down over time to 1 box.
Im still finding my feet with figuring out what works for me and dont!
Loving these videos. Completely new. got a rod and.reel.and.a.sabiki rig and caught 8 mackerel second time out. Hooked now. Pardon the pun. Can I beach fish all year or will I be packing it away until spring?
Hi leon yes u can fish all year long on bait.
Usually lures are around April end of till end oct
But some fish all year on lures or switch to fresh water pike for winter
Hi Buddy, I'm looking for lire boxes for my bass tackle. What particular box do you have please? Thanks
Hi Matey how's it going, double sided lure boxes are what I have been using can fit 7 lures on each side
@@TheEastbourneFisherman hi bud, thanks for the reply. Any particular brand? It's going OK. I'm relatively new to fishing and have had a break over winter. I will start to fish again soon haha. I generally use a flapper rig and have lured here and there at the same time. I may go pure lure only once in a while. Missing the fishing lol. Take care
Where did you get your lure box from and lures best to buy ? Sorry new to it mate 👍
Hi Rees I'm editing a video due to be out soon going through in more depth lures and how they work ect this will be out this weekend explaining in more detail.
The lure box I picked up from my local tackle shop or search online double sided lure box
