My dad would drive me to school as a kid and this song would always come on the radio. Didn't know what the meaning of it at the time but it would just make me sad for no reason and i would have to fight back tears. I would ask my dad to change the station his reply was always "no son" Now that i have grown up and matured this is song stays in rotation.

That line rung true for me when i had to let go of my ex. We didn't want the same things; she was in it for something totally different. I realized that I couldn't be in something one-sided anymore and I couldn't love nobody walking on a one-way street. As the song begins,he is in the district of Old Oakland, known for its brilliant Victorian style and ambiance.He passes the international delicatessen known as Ratto's,well known locally, over 100 years old, great food to this day. He eventually features San Francisco, in the shadow of the Pyramid,before bringing this experience of Love for Life to a close at Chrissy Field, under and surrounded by the Golden Gate Bridge. He was a Special, once in a lifetime artist who shared So much of his talent to last us a Lifetime. Rest in Power, King.
