I am 60 years old I need to lose weight. I have been doing some exercises with you madam. But when i fold thumb inside to make fist as i never knew before my thumb is aching. Can i keep thumb outside and make fist to raise arms? Pl ur reply is highly appreciated. God bless you
One point of caution…backwards walking can make a person fall backwards and hit the head on the ground… which is very dangerous…please tell them how to prevent that…
