You helped me a lot to I was trying to air it out to much and got my shoulder under too much pressure then I tried what u said and the ball went a lot farther and I had a tighter spiral
i can never say it enough about how much youve helped me develop into a better player overall, thank you so much man, ive been recommending your channel to all my buddys that wanna go pro. Keep it up and keep making the sport we love better!!
thank you very much for this information. i am now a 6 time mvp and have 8 super bowls under my belt in the span of just a week and a half. i broke almost all of the qb records in the nfl and i’ve recently received an email from EA Sports saying that i was going to be a 102 overall in the next 12 games they make regardless if i’m retired by then or not because of all this information. thank you for this, this truly is the best thing you could’ve ever taught me.
Find the smallest pair you can legally wear and make sure you can touch your hands over your head wearing them- you just need mobility. A lot of guys just use the crappy school or team pads and they lose mobility so they almost adopt a new motion- you need as much mobility as possible and then just reps will help you get used to it
@@firstdowntraining yeah I fully understand but the school pads this year were brand new Riddell surge’s and I can reach over my head. Throwing isn’t as good with those pads though. I think all I need is more reps.
Do you have a video about the throwing motion like how far am I supposed to bring back the ball for the throw and what angle and where does my arm need to be before I push it out
Hey coach, I’ve been practicing throwing with a towel(or just air if I don’t have access to a towel) recently cause I left my football at another house and I’ve noticed sometimes when I do it right before my arm goes out I feel a slight tug in like my shoulder blade area, is that bad? I know it’s cause my hips rotate and my arm hasn’t shot out yet so am I loosing power from that and need to focus on moving my arm out sooner or is it fine? Thanks.
That’s not necessarily true I am a quarterback coach and mechanics for every qb is different. You coach to what’s comfortable and correct mechanical flaws and reinforce where it’s needed
Yeah… that form doesn’t work past middle school. Take the time to load up your throw like that and watch how many times defensive lineman catch you arm and cause a fumble. If you want to learn the best throwing motion. Look at Manning, Rodgers, Romo. I’m sure there are others, but the best examples to be able to get the ball out quick while having power for your go/fade routes
Droppin back with the ball secured there is fine, but yes, RELAX. Check out my most recent throwing vid. 49, 4 years recovering from spinal fusion (3rd back surgerys) I'm still hitting 50 accurate, and 35-40 nothing but net on a basketball hoop. You just did blow..jk jk 😜
Bro your videos turned me from a bench warmer to a starting qb your amazing
Appreciate you bro-glad the content is able to help!
You helped me a lot to I was trying to air it out to much and got my shoulder under too much pressure then I tried what u said and the ball went a lot farther and I had a tighter spiral
This coach is just sharing his experience. No reason to be negative
God bless you Coach
Appreciate you sir; thanks for watching!
Thx! Very helpful for a second string qb
No problem man glad this helps you!
Peyton Manning says otherwise 💀
He got hit by my coach Chris Wilson
Rodgers holds it low. Depends on if a high hold tenses the QB or not.

Appreciate that a lot man! Really glad the content is able to help you and thank you very much for the referrals

Appreciate you bro, thank you so much for the support! Really glad the content is able to help you
I can’t wait to go throw the ball now. I have a feeling this small detail can make a huge difference
The best content always !
Appreciate you man thank you!
Thanks again coach
No problem man hope it helps you!
This is like telling Peyton manning not to hold the ball by his ear
It’s not tho cus he’s telling us not peyton
Coaches tried to make Rodgers hold the ball high and when they stopped he started winning hardware.
Thanks bro. I watched this and now instead of throwing 30 yards im throwing 40-45 yards.
Awesome. Look forward to training with you soon at the camp!
Yessir, look forward to meeting you!

Thank you coach, I’m trying to get better at 3 positions right now, and I’m glad I don’t hold the ball up by my ear anymore. 😂 but thanks again coach!
No problem man! Glad this could help you out, really appreciate you watching
Thank you sm!! This really helped bc I’d put the ball by my ear and throw out my arm.
Can we have a video on how to do a five step and three step drop back??
Yessir appreciate the feedback!
Can u do a video on a 1-step drop (quick game)?
Absolutely appreciate the feedback!
I made the team because of this video here . goat man. goat.
Appreciate you, glad the content is able to help you bro
Thank you
No problem man hope this can help!
That helped a lot. I’m struggling getting used to throwing in pads. Do you have any tips at all??

Arod held the ball up to his ear in college haha
But he changed it for good reason
Do you have a video about the throwing motion like how far am I supposed to bring back the ball for the throw and what angle and where does my arm need to be before I push it out
If you search up “first down training perfect throwing motion” a few videos will pop up that can help!
You doe not do not 😂 👍 🍻
The problem is I can’t throw the ball anymore. I messed up my right elbow, shoulder, and should blade.
Sorry to hear man, hope you have a smooth recovery
*Peyton Manning* would like to know your location
Coach bro u made went from don’t get no play time to being a starting QB
Awesome to hear man, glad the videos are able to help you. I appreciate the support 🤝
When I get to the forward arm circle (elbow leading), I can’t seem to pronate my wrist. Any tips?
Tom Brady holds it up by his ear 😊
Nope. He has modern textbook mechanics. Between his chest and his neck or chin I guess.

I think that might be normal, I would say with repetition and over time you will not start to feel that. I think it’s just going to take some reps
Peyton manning begs to defer
That’s not necessarily true I am a quarterback coach and mechanics for every qb is different. You coach to what’s comfortable and correct mechanical flaws and reinforce where it’s needed
Dan Marino says otherwise
That explains why my coach taught us to keep the ball at ear level, he was indeed old af
Nope, his mechanics is ahead of his time. Very modern, hence he can generate a lot of heat on his throw.
Yeah… that form doesn’t work past middle school. Take the time to load up your throw like that and watch how many times defensive lineman catch you arm and cause a fumble.

Don’t let Peyton manning see this
Actually wtv way works works
Tell that to peyton manning and Dan Marino
Who are you again!?
