Starkey only offers a 1 year warranty! The same thing happened to both of my hearing aids. Something in the shell went out the left hearing aids was still under warranty the right hearing aid done the same thing only 4 months after my warranty ran out and now Starkey refuses to fix it! I spent a year in the audiology office just trying to get them to sound right and when they finally got close both hearing aids went out! I am on SSDI and cannot afford to buy Starkies expensive hearing aids and pay for high cost repairs. Sadly I am going deaf and no one cares, it's all about the dollar and not the person! I think it's a shame to rob someone of their hearing before the actually go deaf for the rest of their life! I have been told Starkey will warranty only the right hearing aid and the only thing they will cover in that warranty is actually what's wrong with it and if anything else goes wrong with any part of that hearing aid, I will have to pay to have it fixed! $345 to warranty one part in the shell for one year! I don't have any money to get it fixed and MEDICARE wil not pay ANYTHING to help me get it fixed so I can hear! I just tried beltone and they aren't any good either had to take those back! I refuse to be connected to AI and and APP on my phone and be tracked and listened to every where I go and every conversation I have! The Bluetooth crap just runs the battery down on my phone to the point that my phone constantly stay's plugged in on the charger. wifi comes and goes which causes my hearing aids to come on and go off every few seconds! What joke! If I connect them to the app and walk into another room the hearing aids lose connection and turn off! I don't what to fry my brain with 5G wifi I'm going deaf quick enough! So Starkey and Beltone can have the brain cancer causing hearing aids, THEY SUCK!
I bought Starky Evolv AI from Cenaudi Mx in Playa del Carmen. and they didn't work, the techs couldn't fix them and they wouldn't give me a refund within the 30 days. Terrible, terrible experience! they don't stand behind them at all. Don't buy them! is my comment.

Also the Beltone WIFI, Bluetooth hearing aids gave me and instant migraine pounding headache!
