Ever since my favorite Chinese restaurant closed 3-years ago, I've been looking for a simple recipe to duplicate their incredible beef-fried rice, which no other restaurant in the area seems capable of doing. This recipe looked simple enough to adjust for beef-fried rice without eggs (allergy) and was I wonderfully surprised. Not only was it rather easy to follow, but at my home we now have the very best tasting beef-fried rice anywhere! Thank you Sisi Jeminah.
I made this a couple of nights ago. It tasted great and got a thumbs up from the rest of the family. This will be my go to fried rice recipe from now on.
December 23rd, Sydney, Australia......Just made 2 x massive Wok fulls of this dish - for wife and Momma and myself, then rest will be made into 7 day's worth of food prep dishes. This is not the cheapest dish, but by stretching a week becomes a good deal.

I would leave out the additional salt, and use a low sodium soy sauce personally (more due to a sodium sensitivity), but otherwise I wouldn’t change anything! This looks wonderful.

That fried rice dish does look great and upon seeing it reminded me of the first fried rice dish I ate in Bangkok, Thailand and loved it. Before that I was turned off to rice because my mother tried to make plain rice which wasn't attractive to me at all and turned me off to rice like I was to oatmeal and beans also. I loved fried rice so much until I purchased my own wok upon arriving back home and used it to make my own dishes in.
