He got a student newspaper and spent about 20 minutes going through the apartment and housing posting section and then making fun of one of the landlords who was sitting front row at the show.

John isn’t really talking to Jimmy. He can see right through his lack of genuine responses, so I love how he talks more to the audience. I love hosts that engage with the guest. Jimmy just lets these be PR stunts... which they are- but there’s just something about them when done right.
