Servants class is really made up for servants let me give you examples Saber class - shoots planet buster beams Archer class - just throw anything Lancer class - ride a badass horse Caster class - it's free real estate Rider class - literally ride any living/non living being Assassin class - just be yourself Berserker class - you are the chosen one
Armor gets in the way of assassins they need to be quick caster usually create some form of magical armor like a magic shield or scale armor they use item construction for that. Many servants have magic resistance because the time they came from magic was everywhere so yeah
@@ALLY_OF_BRUH it really depends on the servant the clothes they are summoned with is basically the armor they get. Also most of the classes are strong enough to break through armor with one swing. So there’s really no point unless your armor is a NP.
If I have a heroic spirit who is specialized in unarmed hand-to-hand combat, like capoeira, pankration, karate, or Kung fu, what servant class would that put him in?
Hmmm, good question. I’m not 100% but personally I think that’d either put them in Assassin or an entirely new Class. This could change depending on different factors however. For example if they were particularly wronged in life by humanity then that might make them an Avenger. Actually if I remember correctly there is already a servant that uses hand-to-hand combat. The older version of Li Shu-Wen in FGO is an Assassin and unless I’m remembering things wrong he does not have any weapons.
@@Crusader-Ramos45 that would require them to have gone insane/on a rampage at some point in their life. However I feel like Madness Enhancement would eliminate their ability to fight with martial arts which would ofc defeat the point of them being a martial artist.
Can you guys think of any biblical heroes as servants in the fate series? I’m drawing Shamgar, one of the biblical judges, as a lancer because he killed six hundred Philistines with an ox goad. How about Jonathan as Archer? Because his tribe, the Benjaminites, are renowned for their archery skills.
That’s a good idea. The only biblical characters I know of in Fate are David, Solomon, and maybe Noah. But Cain would probably be Grand Berserker and Abel Grand Avenger.
Perhaps, I don’t much about a Star Wars lore. Maybe you could do more research on Fate Classes and make a video on Star Wars characters and what Classes they would fit in.😄

I actually just remembered I’m already working on something similar, but it’s still in the very early phases so it’ll be a while before that comes out. I could record a different for now but I’ll have to think about it. Although there’s a good chance I will end up doing it.

Saying riders are weak is like saying servants like Iskander, Ozymandias and Quetzalcoatl don't exist.
He means the class is weak, but individual Riders can have abilities that overcome this.
