    Love all your breakdowns. Your attention to detail is greatly greatly appreciated.

    One thing I find neat about these belts is that having multiple outers for different roles is a little bit cheaper and more convenient than those with a full buckle, almost like a placard. My main one is set up as a MARCH belt to pull first line TFC items away from my aid bag, while the other is a classic 2+1/IFAK/holster configuration for handgun drills and those times where I'm forced to carry one.

    This is the new belt setup I will be getting. I was hoping eod fish was going to do a video on this exact setup. Thank you. Belt is better than I was expecting. The logical inner belt design fixed a big problem. Not to mention the name is awesome. I will be getting the 556 pouch too

    Nice that you can just slide on pouches over the low profile g hooks. One big benefit I see of this belt is you can use the bathroom without taking off a bunch of buckles and velcro, the inner belt will hold on and you can just release the single cobra. If I didn't just drop $150 on an Eclipse this would be my favorite

    I really liked the early MK1 belt, I have been a fan of their 2.pieve design

    Man this thing is on the same character development arc as the nodpod
    If I needed a belt I'd snag this in a heartbeat, but I gotta figure out how to break my Blue Alpha belt first LOL

      I do not need a weight rated belt but I’m sure it will be great.

    Having velcro shoes doesnt make me dumb. My recruiter said my 34 ASVAB score was above average 😢

    S&S precision have a similar design but they discontinued it.

    This is unrelated, but are there any good slim universal rifle pouches? How well would a blue force gear 308 pouch hold m4 mags?

    • @EODFish
      @EODFish  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      It’s just loose enough to not be great.

    • @onseki1774
      @onseki1774 ปีที่แล้ว

      They're not made in usa and not made of cutting edge materials but emdom makes a very nice universal mag pouch, the UMP gen 2. Trapezoidal opening with hypalon lining. Big standoff and fairly heavy but they work well, I used their gen 1s for years before moving to esstacs

      @EODFish thanks for the reply. That's kinda what I figured

      I would say grim hunter tactical have great ultra slim universal mag pouches

    Excellent design, but how does its rigidity compare to Eclipse, Ronin, or March belts?

    • @EODFish
      @EODFish  4 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Ronin it is functionally the same. I prefer the Eclipse and haven’t tried the March.

    We can’t tie our shoes, but you can’t count 8. We’re the same haha jk. Good video on an otherwise, deceptively confusing belt system.
