    I've been using 2 of their EDC belts for about 2 years now and only issues I've had is the leather one fraying apart from the metal clips on my IWB mag holders being put on/off every single day. They replaced that belt free of charge and sent me some sleeve covers to protect the belt. Their customer service is excellent. I'm going to try out this battlebelt and see if I like it more than my current belt. I'd rather have their ratchet system than a cobra buckle.

    I am running their basketweave duty belt. The outer belt is amazing. The inner on the other hand is tough for heavy duty use. The belt has a tendency to sag around the crunch point. This for me at least has caused a lot of back pain. Switching my inner belt to the defense mech inner has made a world of difference.

    Started using their 2.25 inch basketweave duty belt and its the most comfortable stable duty belt I ever had in my 12 years. The fact that you can adjust it in small amounts is the key and its super quality better than my safariland bianchi belts.

    Been running the kore battle and the kore edc for awhile. I really like the ratcheting system since I don't have to do any major load bearing with my belt. It was a worthy upgrade from my eagle ogb.

    Changed over to this belt in march and its defintiely exceeded my expectations for sure which doesnt happen often. Being able to adjust tension in the middle of a manuever without stopping and having to undo my buckle is a nice plus. Several fa instructors at my range outside houston were running them and sold me on them.

    Nice video man! I just ordered mine last night. Ive had the edc belt for about 2 years and have had zero issues. Ready to put this belt to the test when it gets here!

    EOD my kore inner belt works as fine as an edc belt when needed and overall this is def the best battle belt afa construction, support, sizing and fit I ever had.

    The belt keeper helps retain the belt. If that’s on and you push the release it has a hard time moving.

    Love the Kore battle belt...been great. Love the adjustability. Like any two layer Velcro belt system, you have to try to use the molly as much as possible so that you have enough contact surface area with the Velcro. I've used Kore and Nexbelt ratchet systems for my standard belt, EDC belt, and now battle belt for years, now, and the ratchet system has never failed. Great system.

    received mine a month or so ago; wish they supplied the innerbelt in the camo pattern of the outer belt instead of just black; and wish the had a ratcheting 2inch belt with the center molle being the full inch (and would be better with old allice gear

  • @Freedomfoundfury

    I would be curious to see how well the ratcheting system works in adverse environments. If sand or mud gets into the teeth would it still be able to meet up with the buckle

    • @EODFish
      @EODFish  7 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      I think it would, but even then it would be very easy to knock clean. My only real fear in the system is ripping out a set of teeth.

      My edc has been on me for like 2 1/2 years now. I work towing and recovery. All I can say is I will never buy anything else. KORE is the only belt that exists in my universe. I own 4 of them now.

    • @krtismo
      @krtismo 7 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Yes they are. If a company in this industry doesn't show you any content of their manufacturing process you should rightfully be very skeptical of where it's sourced. Even stuff that's "Made in the USA" is likely made of imported materials with the bare minimum final assembly done in the USA.

      @@krtismo No our USA belts are MADE IN THE USA. It's always best to do some real research before spreading false information. Fact: We actually own a factory in east Los Angeles where we make our USA Collection of ratchet belts.

      @@EODFish The ratcheting system works its way out a bit during demanding movements. The single release on the buckle tends to unlock while sitting as it Rubs against the body or other gear. The load of weight capacity isn't all that great and this isn't for the amount to carrier but the stress of the load when moving. Such as jumping, hitting the ground, and in contact with another person while wrestling or struggling against. For the price it should be much secure and provide comfort that it will keep intact with all your gear fastened to the belt. The buckle is the biggest issue that I have with this belt. Other factors are durability, price, and the fact that there are far better options out there. Also, what I've learned over the years is when a company spends a lot of time, effort, and money into marketing you may want to seek out other companies who spend their resources more so into the product itself. Such as in the case of body armor hard plates like Dayton Armor which are a favorite in unique teir 1 teams as opposed to other brands.

    • @EODFish
      @EODFish  7 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      Dayton Armor isn’t even recognized as a company by NIJ. Seems incredibly suspect.

      @@EODFishI thought so too a few years back until they were tested by some of the guys and gals from "the proving grounds," out of Maryland... And there is the fact of a few folks who used them overseas where they were truly field tested.

      @@jae0113 After 10 years, our gun belts are used by thousands of LEO's and Military personnel, as well as, over 1,000,000 civilians CCW folks worldwide and we can tell you the ratchet system holds up great. I'm not even sure what your talking about when you say "works it way out a bit". The release tab is tucked up under buckle and does not push up and unlock, we never hear that. Our EDC belts can hold 20 lbs+ and the duty belts over 40+ lbs. with relative ease. We work hard on our weekly basis to make our products the best they can be. Its our primary focus at KORE. If you spend 15 min looking at any reputable source online you will see the reviews speak for themselves. And we can tell you that the LE agencies, the FBI, Secret Service and Military personnel worldwide order and reorder our belts on a regular basis by the thousands. That says it all.
