Also having significant content in raw chard are vitamin E and the dietary minerals, magnesium, manganese, iron, and potassium. Raw chard has low content of carbohydrates, protein, fat, and dietary fiber. you can do it with rice you can do it with rice and tomato and chick peas I was raised on that , during school it was our sandwich with Pita bread . no need to heat it . it can last for a week . because no meat used .
