Oh this is cracking me up. My mother always overcooked the vegetables, and my Spanish ex-MIL did, too. I love how you use 5 cloves of garlic, though. My own daughter LOVES garlic. :D
You could easily be a Greek chef and the way you pronounce 'h' as in 'heat' is the same way a Greek would say it. Ofc, you have a distinct British influence on your accent. Oh, the dish you prepared is definitely delicious! 😀

This was really good, I added some carrots, chili oil and a bit of veggie broth.
I like it with added carrots, red wine vinegar and ( you'll hate this) but I too cook the greens for too long.
