Is it wrong that I was on the edge of my seat as Danny revealed whether he was going to do the Constantine voice 😂 Your Scouse accent is hilarious but Gods love a Tryer! Xxx
@@wyrdness1 Fairly certain that North America knows one "British" accent and just lumps the rest together as sub-species of that. You love to see Danny's voice acting tho
@dannymalt i watched the Atom Eve special episode on Prime Video yesterday. It just made me nostalgic for your Invincible series. That was THE BEST set of videos on TH-cam. Right up there with your Y The Last Man playlist xxx
Once again Swamp Thing faces the malice of the undead!! Intrigue that will have a waste face, the demon Invunche and other precursions! Great mystical exploration of the Green, primary presentation of Constantine (By the way, great interpretation of the character) and other creepy level plots!! Great Episode!!
I haven't read any of the original Hellblazer run, but going through Swamp Thing really has me interested in that series. I think I will read it for my own enjoyment soon. Although I don't know how I would tackle covering it cause its 300 issues. But maybe after reading it, I will get an idea on what I can skip over.
@@dannymalt Nice! How are you able to read them? I want to but I don't know how you get them. Also, thank you very much, now that I have you I want to thank you for you invincible Run! It was amazing!! And your "The Boys" run, amazing too. Thank you so much.
Hey danny, loving the content youve been putting out recently, swamp thing is becoming my second favorite thing youve covered right behind preacher. I was wondering if you had any plans for covering any superman stories in the future? Would love to see you go through just about anything that seems interesting to you.
Hey Danny, your content is awesome and I love it. Keep up the good work. Especially with the covering of Swamp thing comics. Is there any chance you going to cover 2019 the swamp thing tv show. I would love to hear your thought about their comic representation, the difference, and did they do justice to the comic?
Awwww babyface Constantine!! Alan Moore is so goofy sometimes; salmon vampires… could’ve done without the mating ritual lmfao. Also, Menstruating Werewolves would be a great band name.
I for sure see why our British friends say thats wayyy more of an Aussie voice lol. Give Danny a break ladies and gents, its super hard for us Northern Americans to emulate a UK accent (funnily enough yall can easily do an American/Canadian accent). Cheers
That underwater vampire city reminded me of the underwater vampire city in American Vampire. Does anyone know if they are related? It's a DC story as well.
Most likely no, but I don't want to ever say never. I started working on volume 2 ages ago, and was really not digging the story in the second volume so I ended up pivoting to another book. It was disappointing cause volume 1 was so good.
Originally based visually on the musician Sting,Constantine is a Scouser living in London,so why have you voiced him as a '(hackneyed) Cockney OR Mockney(Estuary English)' !? !🙄😏
Call Constantine it’s supposed to be from Liverpool. As an American, and a southern American at that, there’s no way that you’re going to get this accent right. I’m from New Jersey, and I can tell the difference between the Bronx, Queens, Manhattan, and Brooklyn accents. Hollywood cannot. Every stereo typical New Jersey character sounds like Joe Pesci from my cousin Vinny. I can’t tell the difference between southern accents at all. I generally know there’s some sort of twang in the voice. So if you want to do Constantine, maybe you want to start with one of the Beatles. I don’t know if Ringo was from Liverpool but the other guys were. Then maybe you could go online and see if you could find somebody contemporary or at least with an 80s version of that Liverpool accent. I guarantee you that you were sending everybody from Liverpool in particular in the UK in general. If Keanu Reeves couldn’t do it as a professional actor, I don’t think that you can either. I by the way this version of Constantine is based completely and the musician Sting. He’s even wearing the same clothes that sting war in the movie Quadrophenia.
Is it wrong that I was on the edge of my seat as Danny revealed whether he was going to do the Constantine voice 😂 Your Scouse accent is hilarious but Gods love a Tryer! Xxx
that's because it's a botched Cockney accent. Scouse sounds more like the Beatles, but Danny was doing something closer to Dick Van Dyke.

The charmingly botched accent is brilliant 👌 and very much appreciated. The tone of your voice and presentation in general is such a treat.
Hearing you say ConstanTINE i couldnt help but think of the Young Frankenstein movie lol.
Dream in the Netflix sandman adaptation also says it that way.
It’s how Alan Moore intended it to be pronounced. I’m British so it’s always Constantyne to me

Awesome video as always! And you have an amazing John Constantine accent, don't let those limey brits tell you otherwise!
Nukeface to my knowledge only ever shoes up in these 2 issues and yet i fucking love him so much what a GREAT villain
I love this! Maybe make Hellblazer? Maybe only the best ones? Thank you man! I'm actually loving this!

All-Star Superman by Grant Morrison is one I want to get to eventually. Beyond that I’m not sure. But Superman pops up a lot, in a lot of DC books.
I enjoy the way you pronounce southern (sow-thern)
Shit. Nukeface is a wildman!!!

Yes I think so.
@@dannymalt yes! I started pulling the current issues because of your videos
You cant say Constantine is from Liverpool that many times and doing a south English accent
😭😭😭😭😭
It would be like an English person doing a Texan accent for someone from Minnesota
Lol which I’ve heard them do many times. C’mon cut Danny some slack, he’s not a linguist, he’s making an effort and doing his best.
Your Constantine voices sounds more Aussie.
MORE CONSTANTINE CONTENT
Would you do V for Vendetta?
Maybe one day.
Do miracle man next thanks
