after years of not being happy with the direction of where the Avengers are going. Spider-Man also known as Peter Parker decides he wants out. so like any responsible adult he goes to the head of Shield, Nick fury to tell him personally he's out but instead of accepting that Nick gives him a whole new team and dumps a couple unseasoned unproven rookie heroes onto him.
