Great video, Abbey! If I could suggest some other beautiful blushes I’d say Jane Iredale blushes. My favorites are: Flawless, Sheer Honey, Mocha and Cherry Blossom. They are all gorgeous and those shades are in that natural flushed category. For somebody who has a very deep drawer of blushes, these are the ones I’ve been reaching for.

That tarte big juicy palette and ND Gold palettes are my top 2 palettes. So sad that both are discontinued but they are my favorite most reached for palettes. My favorite foundation is flower beauty light illusion and Nyx bare with me tinted moisturizer. My favorite blushes are melt cream blush light in honey theif and flower beauty liquid blush in pinched mixed with nectar My favorite powder blushes are wet n wild keep it peachy and milani bellísimo bronze
Hi Abbey despite having very dry skin the lancome teint idole ultra wear is a staple in my routine. I need to moisturise well underneath and use a hydrating primer, but it stays on in a way dewy foundations don't. Here in Scotland we've been wearing masks since the pandemic started, without ever not having to wear them. Every other foundation/complexion product I owned rubbed off all over the mask and was fairly useless to cover my rosacea. I apply it with a damp sponge in thin layers depending on the coverage required - all the way from light to a high medium. It has an excellent shade range including a shade pale enough for my extremely pale Scottish skin (008/091 depending on where you are in the world). Although there is minor rub off on the mask, most of it stays in place and looks fairly good at the end of the day. It's not a hydrating foundation, but it's not drying either and doesn't dry me out in the way most long wear foundations do. I think it's going to suit a variety of skin types, depending what it's paired with ie different primers and powders. I use a tiny bit of the by Terry hydrapowder around my nose and chin for extra blurring and longevity (mask wearing woes), but don't powder anywhere else on the face. I plan to pick up the new matching concealer on payday. Best wishes. ps I use liquid/cream blush over the top for a more hydrated/dewy glow and my absolute favourite is the Daniel Sandler watercolour blush in cherub. It's also longwear and has the most beautiful translucent effect on the skin - a long term favourite too.

I have loved the Buxom glosses for years. I try lots of glosses I like all right, but the Buxom glosses I’ve used hands down last the longest in keeping my lips feeling hydrated and comfortable. That’s a big advantage for me. I also love that Tarte eyeshadow palette. I just don’t use a lot of deep shades, mattes or shimmers, so many palettes are mostly useless even though the colors are beautiful and even enchanting.
With so many options is easy to get lost, I am almost 60 and recently interested in learning professional makeup. Love your videos, so happy to find you thank you for sharing your knowledge.
I remember I got that Lancome foundation as a gift from my colleague who went to a wedding fair and got like 5 bottles of them, none were her shade so she distributed them among us. Luckily one was my shade, I found it too dry for me skin but I finished the bottle anyway. I love the IT cosmetics celebration powder foundation. I'd love a comparison of tinted moisturisers with SPF, like that Bare minerals one, NARS and Laura Mercier :)

The Lancôme foundation is my holy grail. It has great coverage without looking cakey and it lasts forever. Never even comes off when I am wearing a mask. I definitely recommend it!

I just want to add… the Tarte Juicy eye palette is my most favorite ever and I have 30high end palettes. Too many I know. I don’t understand why other beauty you tubers skimmed over this one or didn’t give it any love at all. The shades are so versatile. And like you say there are four of them that make perfect eyeliner. And the formula. Buttery. Blend so well. This palette is an absolute dream. I hope you will do another video using this palette! You always look so flawless…I have combo skin…oily t zone that flakes…I struggle sooooo bad with the right primer, cc cream, foundation and setting powder combo that doesn’t make me look like an oil slick with cakey flakes…the struggle is real and frustrating. 🤷🏼♀️🥴
Have you tried Lancome's Teint Idole Concealer? Abbey, I am not kidding you that I have searched for a concealer to cover my dark circles my whole life. Seriously, I remember not liking my dark eyes as a child. A CHILD! Anyway, there you go. I just started using BM Complexion Rescue and love it too.

Play it safe glam is a great way to describe it! The wiser I get the safer I play it lol. Also FYI on Lancôme foundation: they have trial sizes at Ulta if you aren’t wanting to spend a lot to try it out. And omg the IT Cosmetics foundation is so good! I think a drugstore alternative is Maybelline Dream Radiant. It’s really similar finish.

I just new you were going to mention the Urban Decay Tinted Moisturiser and the Tartelette eyeshadow pallet 🤣🤣🤣. I'm a natural kinda girl too! I have the Bareminerals Complexion Rescue which I like and is nearly finished and once that is I will purchase the Urban Decay Tinted Moisturiser. NYX have some of the best lipliners in my opinion and the shades I have are Nude Pink, Nude Beige and Natural they are all so good. In the Mac Lipstick 💄 one of my favourites is Velvet Teddy with the Lipliner Whirlwind and Fenty Beauty Diamonds Gloss on top. I purchased a pack of three Fenty Lip Glosses and the shades are Fenty Glow, Fussy and Diamonds, they're all so great colours 😊. I would love to see more videos 📹 like in the future! If you could do that 💕? One wee question I have but isn't related to this video. A friend of mine has rosacea, around the forehead, nose, chin and cheeks! Dry skin as using tret. It cosmetics your skin but better foundation works great for me.
