So I watched this video and another one of your Gerbert reviews and Gerbert looked sooooo familiar.
It was bothering me so much that I texted my mom at 11:30pm, waking her up, asking her why I recognized this damn puppet.
I even texted my big sister and asked if she recognized him.
THEY WERE ECSTATIC
My mom came and my room and asked me if I really remembered him and said: "he's the best little puppet EVER!"
My sister texted back "where's Rory at tho", texted me lyrics to the Zaccheaus song (which I didn't know I knew but I did. Also my mom started singing it.), and sent me an episode.
And apparently, when my mom had my little brother, she wanted to name him Zaccheaus.
ALSO my dad bought my mom a poster of Gerbert a long time ago.
So um yeah I guess my family are HUGE Gerbert fans and I didn't know until tonight (December 7, 2019).
What a way to end the decade.

Now that's a good lesson for kids, there's a right way and a wrong way to raise a cat and Gerbert made common childhood cat-raising mistakes.

I actually had to give a persuasive speech, so I chose the psychological benefits of having a cat, and I learned a lot of psychology organizations (or whatever they were called) have been considering therapy cats over dogs, because cats just do whatever and react honestly. He basically wanted his cat to act like a dog
@@ericfieldman A lot of dog lovers don't like cats because their entire world doesn't revolve around them, the way it does with a dog. Says a lot about them as people.
@@Otakupatriot117 And I don't personally think there's anything inherently wrong with dog people, it just depends on the circumstances. It's mostly just that dogs are more prone to being conditioned to do nothing but love the owner to a crazy extent, and at a certain point that gets a bit weird. I guess it depends on the dog and the person.

I’m not gonna lie, I love him. And you can totally tell the puppeteer (I’m guessing the voice and the moving is done by one guy…because money) has no real script. The whole make believe scene is just pure “whose line is it anyway?”. Brilliant. That’s what kids tv is missing these days. Absurd humour and adults who are on the brink of a meltdown.

I'm scared to confess that my family once had a cat named Kat, which was affectionately named Kit Kat.
Full name Kat Zukas.
We didn't name her, old owners moved away and she decided that our house was hers.
She was the cat equivalent of a sour old woman hissy, snarly, cranky constantly, and hungry for ankles.
I think Doodles the cat growling in the background is my knee jerk reaction to Gerbert constantly complaining. Sheesh! Love the MJ cameo :)
