September 15, 2019.
Taxied back to Zubiri and walked to Cizur Menor on a very rainy day. Enjoyed a small detour to Zabaldika to ring the bell at St. Stephen and to leave intentions in the church.
Lodging: De Maribel (Cizur Menor)

Really enjoyed this , such beautiful towns and countryside
Anthea Blackmore There is beauty everywhere!!! 😊👣
Makes me so teary eyed with all that beauty around! Lovely! I totally thought about you this morning and was hoping to see a new vlog out! So yay! Thank you for taking us along this amazing journey! 💕
Aww, thank you, mama!! Beauty is all around. Sometimes it’s a struggle to see it when you are tired or sore or hot or hungry, but it’s there. ❤️👣
I walked the last 100 k last September, but I have felt a pull to walk it again but start in St Jean. I just found your channel today and
love it. I have watched them all and am taking notes for my future Camino. You are a joy to watch and I really appreciate you talking about your faith. That was my “why” last year but a week just isn’t enough. Thank you so much, I can’t wait for the next video! 🚶♀️🙏🏻 Lori, SoCal
Thank you so much for your kind words and your support! It’s been a wonderful journey. Glad you’re enjoying the videos and I hope to upload more soon. Buen Camino! 👣
Another great video Rachelle. I'm assuming you edited and posted this while you were traveling and you did a wonderful job capturing the place, the people, the food, the churches, and the mood (petting the horses was lovely) of the entire journey. Stay healthy and safe. God bless!
I edited about the first well while I was traveling but uploaded the majority after I returned over the last two years. Still uploading some post-Camino footage.
Thank you for sharing, love your video's GIselle
Thank you so much for following along! Buen Camino!
Since the Camino, I've only met two people (a woman and a man) who have done the Camino, on the same day and the same place, my friend's cigar lounge in Malibu, CA.

We're still enjoying your videos :) ... Can I ask, what phone application did you use to edit and make your videos daily? The editing and music was well done.
LumaFusion. Music is from the TH-cam free music library.
I was actually quite close behind you - I remember meeting Peter a couple of weeks down the line! Hope you had a lovely time!
I miss Peter! I wonder if he made it to Santiago. He was a wonderful and entertaining guy. Hope he is doing well!
Minute 5:40 emotional 🙏 buen camino! 🍀👍
🙏👣
Is it still as crowded as the first few days?
It’s definitely spread out, but still lots of people in general. Got one of the last few beds in a small town the other night. It’s very stressful if you walk slow, have a deadline, and no reservations. That said, people do what they need to do and it usually works out in the end. 👍
Have you made reservations ahead?
Here and there. I’m a slow walker and I would probably never find a bed if I didn’t reserve in towns with few accommodations.
@@IllGetThere I'm a slow walker too. 😁 I like to take pictures and enjoy myself.
Yep! And video for me, too! 😊👣
@@IllGetThere When I do my Camino next April, I hope to video too. What kind of camera/phone equipment are you using? What are you editing with? I hope you don't mind all of my questions.😁
No problem at all! I’m just using my iPhone, but will do a short segment in a future video showing my set up. Stay tuned! 😊👍
stayed at same albergue with this old funny lady??....did you go x dinner across the street?
Yes, dinner across the street, but basically crashed so early at the albergue I didn’t have time to really meet anyone, lol!
