Nothing beats the Mighty Judas Priest from England !
This era of Priest will remain forever the DEFINITION of Metal.
Some Heads are Gonna Roll right here in the US. The US government has guillotines ready to go. Revelation 20:4 explains the guillotines.
Also I have heard from many government/military sources that government scientists have used gene splicing tech to create Monsters, Dinosaurs & Martians. They can cross hybridize any species including humans with animals. SCORPIONS recently released a killer Shark song titled Unleash The Beast. I am positive they are going to unleash man made Megalodons. Thermocline my arse !!!
The Creeper in Jeepers Creepers looks like the Hellion from Screaming for Vengeance but it's not from Mars it's a hybrid Monster created here on plan-ET Earth. Mars is the Roman pagan god of war !
This is exactly what I was thinking when I saw the date...unbelievable energy and painkiller was just released
Rob looks positively evil this night. Its great to see KK, Glenn, and Ian at the top of their game. Scott's druimmi8ung made a huge difference in the band. I saw this tour of Priest at the top of a 5 band set in Cleveland with Alice Cooper, Motorhead, and Dangerous Toys.
Glenn Tipton was the man ,kk is still the man .I grew up with this music 🎶
Tipton Brilliant Metal Guitar Player like Murray from Maiden !
Metal doesn't get any better than this!
The best, true heavy metal band of all time. These guys are beasts.
Them and Iron Maiden are the two that I consider to be the Masters Of Metal, just behind the Godfathers Of Metal, Black Sabbath.
I seen this tour with Alice cooper at the CNE grandstand in Toronto. Rob came out on that Harley and wiped out going through that tunnel, a bunch of the crew came out and helped him off the stage. They played hell bent without him. Then he came back out for the next song and sang the rest of the show. We found out later that he broke his nose. What a fn trooper. And the band to have the awareness to keep on playing. What pros.
Why this show is not released on dvd is beyond me. This show is just incredible.
1) Hell bent for leather - 2:19
2) Heading out to the highway - 5:16
3) Electric Eye - 9:42
4) Diamonds and Rust - 14:22
5) All Guns Blazing - 18:14
6) Metal Gods - 22:23
7) Some Heads Are Gonna Roll - 26:48
8) The Ripper - 30:46
9) Night Crawler - 34:11
10) Turbo Lover - 40:42
11) A Touch of Evil - 46:05
12) Painkiller - 52:03
13) The Green Manalishi - 58:28
14) Breaking the Law - 1:03:27
15) Living After Midnight - 1:05:57
16) You've Got Another Thing Comin' - 1:13:10
All guns blazing solo is super insane!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Bad ass song!!!!!!!
This is Priest at their VERY BEST. I'm so damned proud to have witnessed them at the top of their game and at the top of my youth. HAIL to this era and HAIL to the mighty Priest!
Was a metalhead in those days and will die a metalhead. Priest are the godfathers of Heavy Metal. 🤘
What I would do to go back to 1981-89.
Love Irvine Meadows.
best live era of the band :)
I was at this show. Metal Church was pretty good. Dangerous Toys were a joke. Motorhead(1916 tour) was AWESOME. Alice was great like usual, and Priest opening like that was absolutely icing on the cake. Priest was the best band live band for over an entire decade from 1979++.
This is why Judas Priest is cool. 😎
Saw this tour in Dallas, Testament opened. Back stage met everyone but Rob, Scott was very humbled I asked for his autograph while everyone else was flocking around the other guys. Thanked him for bringing Priest back for me, never was a Holland fan.
Holland always felt like the anchor that held Priest back.
Most underaged young adults weren’t “Holland fan” either…..
Just in case you missed:
In 2004, Holland was arrested and later found guilty by a jury at Northampton Crown Court of one count of attempted rape and five counts of indecent assault against a 17-year-old male with learning difficulties.
I still appreciate less banks very much
@@pieterbalk-ht7kqthere's also evidence come to light that is was all fabricated by the boy and his brother.
I've been listening to JUDAS PRIEST for 43 yrs. my friend Eddie Korecky turned me on to this album BRITISH STEEL, AND BEEN LISTENING TO pRIEST EVER SINCE, EVERY ALBUM HAS INFLUANCED ME TO PLKAY SOME IF NOT 20 SONGS OVER AND OVER AGIAN UNTIL I KNEW THE WORDS BUY HEART , THEY ARE THE GREATEST HEAVY METAL BAND EVER . THANK YOU JUDAS PRIEST FOR MAKING ALL THESE GREAT SONGS , LOVER YOU GUYS . LONG LIVE JUDAS PRIEST .........
There are no words about this tour. I like the Judas Priest "Invincible Shield" album and the K.K.'s Priest "The Sinner Rides Again" too. But the truth is that Judas Priest need K.K. and vice versa. I hope there will be a reunion.
Скорее всего нет. По деньгам не договорятся.
Those days have long gone and with glenn not being well very unlikely to return.
They fck*n killed it. I saw them 2 months ago and still sounded great, but seeing them so young and with glenn and kk. First saw them in 80 and many times after. I miss them young and energetic . Great show!
Young?
Great tour great video, pretty cool at the time Scott was new member showing the drummer some love
No holds barred, no BS, kick your ass live metal band that ever was and is. Seen them live since the 80s and will continue to do so. There is no band like priest 🤘
Although I do miss KK and glen😒
This is what it’s ALL ABOUT! Thanx for posting this. W O W.
Priest,Priest,Priest!!!!!🤘
Heavy metal big machine!!♥️
I saw them 4 days after this show. Priest always puts on a great show.
Gosto muito dessa fase do judas. A voz dele estava afiada !!! Puro rock
Geez I think I was here. But I cannot remember. So many Priest shows and so many drugs 🤘🤘
You were at the Air Supply show
@@ras124 If anything it was Culture Club 😅🤘
I WAS THERE!…🤘🏻.X
Me too. Lived in Tustin. Saw all metal at Irvine Meadows, then Verizon Wireless
What is scary is that this was 33 year ago
@@peterrimel8170 seems like yesterday!🤘🏻.X
И почем билет брали?
I saw this tour at the Brendan Byrne Arena in NJ. Megadeth and Testament were the openers. Heaviest Metal bill I have ever witnessed. EPIC!!! JUDAS PRIEST!!! LONG MAY THEY REIGN!!
great Concert! Hail from Germany!!!
Rob gives it 200% always!
Brilliant Gig
It's sad this venue is gone . Irvine Meadows was the best .. ampitheater in southern California . Same place where they filmed the Ozzy speak of the devil show , with Brad Gillis . So much history . All gone just so they could make $$ building homes on the land .
Danzig's Mother '93 video too.
That’s The Irvine Company for you. Ruthless
The one and Only Metal god Halford rock on forever
after you search Judas Priest shreds..... you will be unable to take this band seriously again
Пошли вперед братва , никогда не здавайтесь
Thanks for posting this absolute gem! Went to see them at the following show in Mtn View on 7/13/91. This is a most excellent journey back in time. Angelica - You Rock!
Now this is Priest at its Best!

Super concert
Operation Rock N' Roll Tour: Priest - Cooper - Motorhead I saw this tour at the Spectrum in Philly. Maybe 5k there, Priest had always packed the Spectrum. I knew things had changed for the worse.
Saw every Priest show at Irvine Meadows from 84 til 2004.... the Best
Thats about as high energy as it gets !
Awesome!!
I caught this tour 2 weeks later in Lakeland, FL - Priest and Cooper together! And then, in 2018, we got to see Priest and Deep Purple in Jacksonville... talk about two great double headers!
The YT Metal Gods have blessed me yet again! This is killer.
I saw Judas Priest at Irvine Meadows back in 1980, and again in 1983 right around the time I saw them at the US Festival.
Metal Gods !!! \m/
Judas Priest, ao vivo muto bom.
Um dia que sabe bou a um show!
Portland, Maine. Megadeth opened 🤘🏼
I was there, too. Great show.
Thanks for that. I saw Megadeth open for Priest back in the day but could never remember which tour. Musta been this one!
Megadeth, Testament and JP!🤘 Saw this tour in Minneapolis!
@@johnrock4571и кто из них лучше?😊
Hell bent for leather.
Double entendre!!!
Judas Priestat their peek, the best, for me clasic line up. Halford in best shape, an evil vine...
Seen Priest live 10x. Never disappoint. First time was in Austin on their Turbo tour. Dokken opened.
Thanks for putting this up.🤘
Increible!
Wow. This was a long long time ago. And to think they're still going.
Was at this gig,it's on my bday...
Thanks for posting.....
I was there. Hell, yeah!!!
Лето .. жарко было на арене? Там есть система кондиционирования воздуха?🙄
me too! MWR gave away a ton of tickets on my ship. Drove down from Long Beach!
Love the Fleetwood Mac cover!
Which song?
@@unicajamalaga2 The Green Manalishi
@@UncleBobo я ходил вчера до Миши , слышал там Грин Маналиши☝️
Didn't see Gleen paly the Roland G-707 synth guitar on the Ram It Down show @ LA Sports Area. I've owned so many compilations from them plus Metal works 73-93. I got Hero Hero prior to the 81 Remix. I had a compilation w/ Metal Meltdown. I had the Best of JP from RCA/Victore-era. I had another one w/Beyond the realm of Death and pic of group ithe KK's left handed strat.
Great freaking show but I would have blistered that sound man! Tipton’s solos should have been ripping my ears off but most of them didn’t have that Judas Priest bite! Great playing just couldn’t hear all the notes and he was definitely pulling them off. Other than that I loved it. True Heavy Metal. No band does it better.
Scott Travis made them so much better!
I caught one of his drum sticks on this tour in Tempe Arizona. The amount of carnage on it after that show only affirmed to me how great he is!
Adding all those double base LICKS!!!!! HELL YEAH!!!!!
I agree. Great drummer.
Not in my opinion, but he is great drummer. Kk and Glen made the band
When comes a DVD or Bluray of this Show? Or a Painkiller 35th Anniversary Deluxe Boxset included this? Nobody gets younger. Its damn time
First saw Priest from 4th row floor left center at age 16 in summer ‘81 in Dallas…..Iron Maiden warmed-up!😮😂 Didn’t know what I was experiencing. As teacher’s pet high school class officer goody-2-shoes no-testosterone honors student was way outta my element!!…..(had seen Rush Moving Pics tour 3mos. prior)…. The 2 “cool” honors student classmates dragged me to both & we’ve been best friends ever since! Those initial 2 shows were religious experiences for us & they unified us for life!!
I saw that "Operation Rock and Roll" Tour.. was the day after the first Lallapalloza in Chicago.
Dangerous Toys, Alice Cooper and Priest.
Don't remember anything about Dangerous Toys, besides the fact they were there.
THANK YOU, BRO! I❤THIS!
Exelente y majestuoso show
Brought my Dad to this tour/ with Megadeth.
I seen this tour when it came to Oakland Bay area central California.
I was far left looking strait down the length of the stage.
Every now and the the singer would walk to my corner of the stage.
There was a black felt room there with the door facing me guarded by a stage hand.
Rob would walk over the roadie would hold open the felt door Rob would walk in do few lines of coke set out on the table wipe his nose then go back out to work.😅
He was pretty quick at doing it.
Could've swore Rob Halford was clean before the Turbo Album.
@@EyelessRavenа потом подсел на кокаин?
@@unicajamalaga2 English please?
@@EyelessRaven is he stay on drugs nowadays
@unicajamalaga2 No, he's been clean since 1986. I doubt anyone saw Halford doing blow in the 90s.
Now that is a rock concert.
Miami Arena, Dec.1990 w/ Testament and Megadeth ..
The Album. The Drummer. The Tour of the Decade.
☕️💪😎
I was there in Merrillville Indiana... Alice Cooper and dangerous toys opened up!
Proving what a shitty decade the 90s would turn out to be. This tour was cancelled after only 5-10 shows due to poor ticket sales. MTV ran young people's minds back then...
🤘🏿🤘🏿🤘🏿😎
Saw this in Boston at what used to be called Great Woods, I think and Alice In Chains may have opened, followed by Motörhead, then Alice Cooper, then Priest. I could be mixing up tours but memory is what it is. Maybe Alice opened up on Clash of the Titans?
This venue was awesome. What is there now? More fucking houses.
Men, I have many great memories, but it was just another shed. I saw them at the LA Sports Arena the year before this show and it was way better. I'll take a general admission floor with a raging pit over standing in front of a seat or trying to keep your balance on that steep hill. Irvine was great if you wanted to chill out, drink a few beers, and listen to music. Not the best place to see a metal band.
KK, please release this , remastered on Blu Ray or even 4K if the source tapes are still available.
ooooonn the HIGHWAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAYYYYY 07:30
Irvine Meadows Ampitheater hosted some of the most iconic bands!
Thank Donald Bren/Irvine Company for shuttering that spectacular venue… and building homes for Communist Chinese!
Why hasn't this ever been commercially released? I know the footage for Hell Bent for Leather was used on the Metalworks VHS but why not release it in it's entirety?
Always felt like Rob was working out some demons during this era.
In a sense, he was!
All around that time, dealing with coming out of the closet, his addiction to painkillers, ECT and also the court trial, that's a lot in such a short time!
@@JtL1329SDMFIIIVIIV Ironically, I posted my comment during “Painkiller.” His angst was the concert goers’ gift. So glad he’s eased into his role as the doting grandfather of rock and roll. Saw them in May, and boy did he / they bring it.
only true metal gods could get away with writing a song called metal gods --- i also like that one 'gerble lover'
Jesus look at Scott’s arms! It’s insane that he still performs at the level he always did, maybe better, a lot of the newer stuff is faster and harder than back when this concert happened.
They paid their dues heavy until they made it. Pioneers in a few ways. I think they have a sort of punk rock attitude that's hard to explain.
Must have been a million degrees in there.
51:59 ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤🤘🏼🤘🏼🤘🏼🤘🏼🤘🏼
To me there no priest without tipton and kk
I understand why it said KK’s priest
this is break-in the law
Rob Anselmo on vocal duties.
Priest on speed. 😂
was that the same show that had Slayer open? because was at that one...

The tour that ended the Halford era. Priest never were the same after that even when Rob returned years later.

No "Victim of Changes" ?
