As a citroen ec3 owner since 11 months and doing almost 25k kms, I agree with your point. Punch is far better value vehicle especially with the higher capacity 35kwh battey pack and all the features it have. At that time, I only had tiago and eC3 as an option and among them citroen is a better option. But who want to buy a Citroen now, they have a special advantage. That is the service of Citroen. Its just one of the best service experience that I had. My family also owns Tata safari 2021. That car is amazing but service is pathetic and I always faced many problems with most of the Tata service centers in my city - Hyderabad. I would recommend ec3 if one wants to have a hassle free service experience (including free pickup and drop for scheduled services). As the competition has heated up with the entry of punch, I heard Citroen is giving very good discounts. So I recommend this car for that reason primarily.
