    Some of you people are awful. No compassion or empathy. You're not funny. You're not smart. You don't know how it feels to lose a franchise you love with every fiber of your being. If you do somehow, then shame on you even more. I always heard "Coyotes have no fans". funny. I remember a couple years ago when the Florida Panthers had the worst attendance in the league. No one said anything about them. There's fans. I'm definitely one of them and I'm far away from Arizona. You would understand that if you actually watched one of their games or more importantly, their final game. Tyson and Todd pointed out all the stuff they did for the community and donations that were made. Arizona lost that as well. Yes, there's a market for hockey in Arizona. Just not in Tempe in a 4,600 seat college arena. They belong in Phoenix. Hopefully they come back, with an owner who gives a damn. shame on anyone who says rotten things about Arizona or their fans. Blame the owner. No matter what, Go Yotes!

      @@MadMikeSportsYT Nice blanket statement idiot. The fact of the matter is the embarassment of a franchise played in a colleges rink. No one needed to spread anything, the stories wrote themselves. How sad Atlanta will get another team before the NHL even considers going back to the desert

    • @chevelle1
      @chevelle1 3 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      You must not know much about economics. The NHL would be foolish to not go to Phoenix. The lazy narrative is that “there’s no fans there, hockey doesn’t work in the desert, nobody cares in Phoenix”, etc etc. Phoenix area is very unique in that it’s massively spread out. The fans didn’t go mostly due to not having an accessible arena. The move to Glendale killed the team. First couple years when they were in downtown Phoenix, attendance wasn’t a problem. Plenty of fan support. All they need is an accessible arena and at least average ownership. Tickets were 3-4 times the price at mullet and they were sold out constantly. I couldn’t even get tickets to a mid week game on my last trip there from my home in Detroit. Why? Because the arena was accessible.

    David Portnoy, Paul Bissonnette Ryan Whitney and possibly a future HOF player from the Pittsburg Penguins have expressed interest in the new ownership group in Arizona in 2030. This will include a new arena and major corporate partnerships. Morello is already in talks with them as he is allowed to sell minority shares in the future expansion team. It’ll be announced once they win the land auction.

    Good riddance to the Arizona Coyotes. This team should have left more than a decade ago. Best business decision in the teams history by letting this team to relocate to Salt Lake City. Fan support was never there in Phoenix. The rest of the fans around the league won't miss Arizona either, so feeling is mutual.
