Very informative as always. 2 Questions about this insurance: 1- will it cover any damage I cause to the furniture owned by the landlord I'm renting from? e.g If I broke the fridge 2- Will it also cover my wife living with me if she had the same bike accident example outside the house for example? Two questions: 1) Regarding cancelling the contract before them, how does one know or predict that they will be kicked out? 2) Regarding renewal, does this mean canceling the current contract and open a new contract, i.e., not letting it renew automatically, even if with the same insurer?
