I have lost 20 pounds in one month with keto diet and fasting. No gym ,lots of walking, reducing stress sources. Before I start this diet I worked on fixing the gut micro system what ever it called. Two three weeks eating fermented food, kefir , yogurt ect with no gluten. I feel really good, high in energy and planing to create my own way to continue this life style without getting in stress of missing my eating pleasures. I think it’s possible with Mediterranean diet I saw from my grandparents. We are from south of Turkey , our traditional diet is almost like keto anyway. Thanks dr Berg for all the great , inspirational videos and information. 🙏❤️ One suggestion from own experience, don’t put dieting in the center of your life. Just do it as a change in your life and don’t pay attention, just follow the set rules . if I focus on diet never goes easy for me.

❤ When I have a cereal craving I make my own using my favorite oatmeal cookie recipe and decrease the sugar amount to only 1/4 cup. Spread batter in cookie sheet about 1/" thick then bake at 350 for 10-15 minutes. Let cool completely then use pizza cutter or sharp knife to cut into bite size pizzes. Loosed from parxhment paper a little then bake on 175-200 for 3-4 hours flipping twice during that time. Alternatly can dehydrate in a dehydrator at 175 or highest setting. Add dehydrated fruit like raisins or cherries, or favorite nuts if desired. I do not think this cereal is good for keto diet though. My recipe is strictly gluten free.

Office workers who don't get much sun in the US have the most melanomas. So maybe sun exposure is not the cause. In Scandinavian countries people who have basel cell and squamous skin cancer from sun exposure live ten years longer that other people. The carnivore diet allegedly increases sun exposure tolerance
Low exposure means that the skin has not developed the ability to "cope" with sun exposure. Like the immune system without pathogens to train upon goes bad and causes auto-immune conditions.
Often cells go bad due to both direct (contact and exposure) and indirect (because of inflammation or circulation of chemicals for example) contact so if one's health is poor due to a bad diet, your body will be busy repairing important stuff while less important areas get missed by the cleaning crew and a cancer-cell can develop and grow a little community, when it build enough mass and you find it it's labelled a tumour and thus you "have cancer" where as in the real world you've had that cancer for years without knowing the lump was growing.
