My husbands family decided to just show up and thank God for you. Everyone left full and lots of compliments for you. I used gloves for the tortilla cooking and rolling and never got burned. I ended up with 16 enchiladas in my batch and had to cook for 45 min because it was a huge pan full of yum. Thanks a bunch. They were good.
I made these last night and the whole family (including my 4 and 5 year old) loved it! Making the rest tonight. I used corn instead of flour for us grown folks and flour for the gets. Thanks again and I'm enjoying your channel! 😊
This is almost exactly how I make mine, I dump the hatch chilies in with my ground beef while it's on the stove! Think I'll have to make some this week, because this has my mouth watering
This is literally the worst enchilada recipe here! please dont use her recipe! I used the same ingredients and even tho i lowered the quantities a little! This recipe made the GREASIEST OILIEST SALTIEST SODIUM BOMB that we could barely eat. I never like to leave a bad comment on videos. But every comment here is like so positive and i dont want people to actually end up trying this bad of a soggy salt bomb sock of an enchilada. Hell this had enough oil in the recipe lmfaooo for USA to wanna invade my kitchen bro 😭
I made this yesterday but with lazy cook modifications for it to be a "Mexican Lasagna". I used tenderized chicken breast (the way you flattened in another recipe); red onion; pressed garlic; clarified butter; mission brand soft corn tortillas (I didn't brown them); pace salsa; hot sauce; block cheddar cheese shredded. I put the salsa at the bottom and layered between meat, cheese, onions, salsa, hot sauce and tortillas. It came out great 😁

Enchiladas are made with corn tortillas,Never with flower wheat tortillas!
