This is not true. It is nothing to do with impact, it will make virtually no difference.

Cheslin Kolbe is great, really awesome and one of my favourite players but Gio Aplon is still the best stepper in the world. Show me someone else who can run though the whole team and score a try, and he does it repeatedly. He should have played in the world cup with Kolbe. You guys should check him out. Hahaha, you do realize that every single time rugby wingers go up against NRL "speedsters" they get F'd up! The Wallaby players, who are not considered fast by international standards, have done it a number of times now. Look up Lachy Turner sprint or James O Connor vs Billy Slater. If its such a slow game, why are its players usually quicker in analogous roles?
