I live in 2 India’s, one where Kanhaiya Lal is beheaded for meagrely sharing a social media post and the other where “comedians” like munawar Faruqi and Vir Das are called hero’s of free speech after disrespecting Hinduism.

Kanhaiya's murder was tragic and wrong. But so is wanting to hurt comedians for making jokes about your god when most likely you haven't truly studied your religion either. I've never considered people like you true Hindus and honestly, I never will. Mostly because you don't even understand its basic philosophy. Your mere existence is a much bigger insult to Sanatan Dharma than these comedians.

Good set ...A comedian should be comfortable with the silence..its not a laugh riot all the time..
It's the silence which is more beautiful than laughs. This is where you know that the audience is listening attentively. This is where a comedian has subtly touched their hearts and changed their minds a little. :)
@@hiteshdua3746 couldn't agree more specially considering the fact that we are in a generation where attention span is too low. So to have attention of huge crowd for this long is a huge achivement and the laugh in between these silences are too precious.

This is most probably the Kolkata tour on 25th june. I watched this live, and i saw Vir make people introspect, realise the potential of being united and the dark times of division.

Every time i watch Vir Das, I say to myself this is the best set by any stand up comedian and then I watch his next video and think the same thing again.
Vir Das's stand up doesn't only shouts comedy! But also professionalism! This guy is amongst those few people! Who Weren't made 'for' stand up comedy, but they are the one who 'made' stand up comedy ❤
