That was a powerful statement actually. The main issue in today's world is people not seeing what the Govt is/isn't doing. You see it, you acknowledge it, and then decide for yourself if it is correct or incorrect.
For instance, the Farm Laws. I won't comment against/for these laws, because I haven't personally read these laws (and I cannot trust the media or their interpretation of these laws). But the idea is, if you are protesting against/for these laws, have a complete idea before doing so, or you loose credibility. I have met just so many people who somehow cannot defend their stand (for or against) over these laws. This makes the situation all the more vulnerable.

The most influential comedian who makes sense in 16 minutes more than a politician can ever make in 16 years. I have no words for describing what Vir’s comedy is to me especially after seeing this video. Rendered speechless is an underreaction.
Just because someone resonates with your thought process and falls in the same metaphysical category as yourself, doesn't mean they make more sense than someone else.
That might be true but under a very specific set of per-determined context(s) and setting(s).

I agree that I can’t base my perception on the fact that my ideology highly resembles with his’ but I still think that the comment I made was more about how politicians rarely make sense than about Vir making sense more than anyone else. Also, it is rather sad that while my comment was just specifically towards appreciating Vir, your comprehension of it was more focused on the remark that the bigots in our country don’t make sense, which, I think, adds weight to it more than anything else can.

As far as my thought for INDIA is concerned, I don't think it perfectly aligns to any of the politicians' idea. A prime example of that would be the very fact that I do support complete Freedom Of Speech, including Blasphemy, unlike many politicians.
I have got my own set of aspirations and ideas of an ideal INDIAN society and while they're mostly self-brewed, people do tend to see them through some sort of filter.
