Other manufacturers please note, when he gets in to drive, no pressing legacy buttons to pretend to "fire up the engine", no annoying chimes, corporate ringtones or corny welcome messages, no waiting for an infotainment system to wake itself up, and most importantly (Japanese manufacturers please note) no having to click a disclaimer or agree to legal compliance terms and conditions and warnings. interesting that Tesla has adopted the opposite philosophy than the legacy manufacturers. While they just update styling year after year, Tesla keeps the same styling while changing everything underneath. Very impressive.

...and it sells well despite. This shows how good it is underneath the "shell".
As "old looking" design is - it has a low Cd., which is what matters most in BEV design.
At this car class (Tesla 3) not many (if any) cars are as good. (Talking to you KiA EV6).

Don’t forget the lithium ion 12V battery and AMD Rizen chip. My wife and I have both a M3P and MYP. The MYP has also now the biodefense filter mode option. The speed is intoxicating …
Tesla is continuously making changes and most are under the hood or with software. Watch Munro on youtube. They deconstruct cars and analyze the manufacturing and design aspects to highlight new improvements.
I have had a MB AMG, Infiniti G37, Lexus IS, Audi S4,S5,S6,RS5 and none compare speed wise, tech wise. They have currently an edge still on paint color options and interior quality. However, they are super expensive because of the wear and tear of components like breaks, rotors, service, etc.

Price to value it far exceeds all the competitors, even with many of them having a $7500 tax credit while the Tesla does not. Hej Björn!
I share many of your experiences in this video, but just in different ways. For context we own a 2019 (June) M3 LR. Now when we had it in for a paint fix we got an early 2016 Model S P85D as a loner, and my thoughts where exactly the same as yours in this video; "Wow Tesla has so come far in 3 years". I preferred our M3 in every single way except one, ride comfort (lack of air suspension). Everything else was better. Fit and finish, seat comfort, steering wheel feel, infotainment, the lot.
Another thing that happened recently was that we switched tire dimensions, and that decision only stemmed from a discussion I had with the owner of my local tire shop that owns a Tesla as well. And we came to the same conclusion as you did, we like the sporty feel of the M3, but never take it to the track. So we made the compromise and switched to 225/50 R18 instead of the original PS4, 235/45 R18. And wow, what a difference. So much more quiet and comfortable, with hardly only a slightly more sluggish response feel in the corners. Well worth it!
As usual great videos! And if you are ever near Stockholm give me and my dad a shout! We would love to show you our electric boats that we build (link below this) and overall just discuss nerd stats about Teslas and EVs in general :)

I seriously love my 3P 2019 and have never felt the suspension or noise was OTT. I did buy a performance.
Of course Tesla have now deleted lowered suspension on the P which is probably why you feel it's less hard. Ive been trying to convince myself to get a new 3P as the tyres will be costing shortly, the windscreen has several chips and the warrantee will be coming to an end next year.
But I love my 3P shiny chrome and all.The only thing I've upgraded is to wireless charging x 2 pad. You do however make a very convincing argument with the continual refinements Tesla are making particularly the heat pump. Not so happy the stearing is sligtly changed as I find it perfect.

If had the money spare I would opt for a M3P, as it is I have a 2022 M3 RWD (which just fits within NZ EV rebate limit making it even better value) and its a great all round car for the money. The only thing that annoys me is the phantom braking - I'm sure its probably getting better but just the other day I had another full on emergency brake (seemed to have been triggered by dark shadows on the road) which may have led to a collision if someone had been following me fairly closely or was slow reacting. Otherwise I looking forward to my time in the car! Actually I'm quite impressed with the handling of even the RWD and its a lot of fun on a tight winding road (of which we have many in NZ).

Always great stuff Bjorn. I still have my 2019 MP3, and it is still fun to drive, mind you I’ve modified the suspension to racing grade, changed the brakes to Brembo front and Model S back brakes. The issues are looking for the prober wheels and tires that fit, I would love to go 255/265-40/45 square to achieve the ultimate driving experience, but still the model 3 is hit and miss as far as information on these wheel/tire set up combinations- The MP3 would truly be a greater sport driving machine if not for the confusion and lack of choices with wheel/tire combinations - I also have the Plaid (I love that one too), and looking forward to experiment with ultimate sport driving experience wheel/tire combination. Maybe it’s time to upgrade my 2019 MP3 to 2022?

Given that videos i watched on this channel.
Acceleration 0-100, 0-200 are almost the same.
    Autopilot: Tesla beats Kia
    Range: Tesla (20% longer)
    Charging speed: kia wins
    (not sure if it does,
As i know, ev6 gt line doesn’t offer battery pre heating which won’t guarantee 18min 10-80% charging speed)
Kia has advantage in ventilated seats(Texas is hot..), roomy rear seats and trunk, probably ride quality.
(People complain so much about Model 3 suspension but when i drove M3P for 3 days, i had no issue)
Tesla has advantage in OTA, autopilot, charging network, better headlight and sound system.
