I am speechless (In a good way) of the amounts of work and knowledge you are willing to put in to the car. Keep up the good work, I enjoy watching your video!
Just did this last week to my Mazda 6 Atenza 2004 the adhesive works fine, you just leave it in a cold area like a basement or garage for about 20~30 min. {No heat, or sun} then asemble the doors again. Keep up the good vids comming TDDW
Dude, your videos are amazing. You're very detailed in your projects. Your appreciation for hard work as well as being quite innovative really shows. Keep up the awesome work.
I was watching your rc videos, which are real nice. And noticed you had some car diy videos, and thought I'd take a peek. I am surprised to see that I've seen that car driving around and realized that I live not to far from you lol. I've been a mechanic for over 20 years, and have to say that you do fantastic work and your attention to detail is amazing. Keep it up.
I'll be honest this turned out why nicer than I had thought. Oh and the trick to that spray adhesive is to apply it to both the fabric and the door panel then let it tack up a bit before you stick the two together.
You got to lower it maki! Buy some adjustable coil overs so you can set your ride height or buy adjustable coil sleeves for cheaper. But either way I think that lowering it 2 inches or so would make it look nice :)
These vids are all so handy as I have the same car (coupe version). This one will come in very handy after I have finished DIY respraying the outside of the car and all the grey interior plastic black. Thanks :D
WOW. What a difference a little bit of fabric can make. It really does look good. ...too bad about having to do it all over again. After seeing you do this, I think I'm gonna try it out on my car. *subscribed*
Hey, man, I'm Brazilian and I'm very much your fan. thank you for the tips. I have a VW passat 99 and have already arranged many things in it with tips from you. thank you
I have been watching all of your videos. They have given me some great ideas with my car. I have 03 galant that I picked up for a couple hundred bucks. Not much to look at but I have been doing tons of work to it. I have to say that you have given me some ideas and also what not to do. Your doing great and I am always looking forward to more videos. I have before and after pictures of my car and last week I added some led lights under the seats. I would like to share some of my pictures with you and maybe I can inspire you to make more modifications to your ride and we can see more great videos. Keep up the good work
Hey bro I I'm from UK and I own a Mitsubishi evo 5 1998 with the same panels and the trim peeling off, thanks for showing us how to change it as you are the only 1 on TH-cam doing this specific panels :) liked and subscribed
I know this is an old video, but when using spray adhesive with fabric, spray the back of the fabric too, and let both surfaces dry before putting them together. That kind of glue sticks to itself the best, so it works alot better if both sides have glue on them.
Let me tell you Mr. DRAGON, LOL I love your videos. Honestly I wish I had you ingenuity skills I also have a 2000 mirage DE and I wish mine could one day look as cool as yours. Keep up the amazing work. Cheers from Cali!
Putting a turbocharger might need some welding work or a really weird intake manifold for a FWD placement engine, but I hope you get to it some day Mackey! This Mirage just keeps looking better and better, I can't wait to see the final results :-)
man i just watched you do all of this stuff to your car and the only reason im watching these videos is because im looking for a catback exhaust for my car. and while you did like all these projects ((even though they're videos)) I'm still sitting here pondering if i want to put a dent in my wallet around 400usd lol good work man! very creative!
0 budget modding, I love it Keep it up. I will however say to save your money and buy an FC or something As hardcore Mitsu fanboy as I am, Mirage... kind of a dud, and I say boost it or bin it
awesome video. I`m from Japan and have a 99 Evo 6 GSR. The door panesl are the same as in your Mirage and I have the same problem of trim coming off. I`ll follow your video to replace it with some new ones front and rear but ofc not red :) I`ll have a look at your link if i can find black or dark blue fabric.
Hello my name is Wesley Jocoski, and signed up in your channel yesterday, despite not understanding anything that you talk, the more quite enjoyed your videos. I'm from Brazil and I find no video of someone who moves in LANCER. I Have a 98 LANCER GLX, and I wanted very much to change the original air filter at double sports filter flow and put a relief valve along with the sports filter, could you make a video putting these accessories a lancer for me to learn ? Thanks in advance for your attention and I hope you understand writing the comment.

When using spray adhesives you must put it on both pieces panel/fabric, wait till it tacks up then put them together
