@@tyd8077 i honestly feel her death is so daggone tragic, I don’t want to see her life story. Cause I know how she died. So yes I know what u meant. Also this is just an opinion.
This was one of the most astounding performances of the year. I've loved Jennifer for a long time. I'm so glad she finally got a part that clearly shows the incredible depth of her talent.
It’s amazing how she blends together her comedy into the dramatic role but never comes across as a “Comedic Actress” . She so intelligently blends the humor into the characters personality in a way that it’s just a personality trait and not even trying to be funny , yet it is. It’s just amazing.
Such a phenomenal performance! Having said that, the metaphor regarding layers is so relatable. The idea that the person you care about might not like the next layer is always so scary and to reveal those layers feels so vulnerable.
Jennifer's performance in 'The White Lotus' was an absolute revelation. Of course, she's always had a gift for comedy, but she finally got to show her range as an actress.
OMG I HAVE to see this. Is Jennifer Coolidge my spirit animal? She's absolutely brilliant and I understand every single emotion she showed. She's like a healing force to my empathic soul. Kudos to this woman. 👏🏽 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
Yeah. Tanya did the best she was able to do at the time. I mean, she had a lot going on and she could have left Belinda with nothing but she left her with cash instead and inadvertently freed her from an unhealthy dynamic.
The Tanya character will go down as one of the most comical, complex, and crazy women ever to grace the screen. Jennifer Coolidge should be very proud of her work...
The second series was even better than the first. This series is so unbelievably good! The sea, the music, the ensemble cast. I didn't want it to end. Hope there will be a third series, just as good.
@@TJ-jw1wm No. I meant she was like the centre of attraction in the show being a returning character even though it was an ensemble and an anthologic series
Commencing at 2:53, the scene is exceptionally well-crafted, surely striking a chord with a broad audience. Yet, it's Jennifer Coolidge's brilliant execution that steals the spotlight.
Sometimes I'm thinking if she's even acting. She's such a great actress! Her acting is so effortless. I would love to see her in a movie with Melissa McCarthy. That'll be exciting!😀
Brilliant character, she’s bonkers but that’s her appeal. This lady has never received the credit she really deserves as an actress …too many duff roles not showcasing her talent. I hope to see some really great things in the future.
'Am I feeding my mother to the fishes?' (spoiler) It's so weird how there are so many hints to her death even in this season! The dream about standing on a cliff edge with a sionide pill, how she talks about death being the last immersive experience she hasn't tried, even how all her dreams and enlightened moments are of water!
I feel that should have killed her in season 3 but I would have loved her to be that one guest that you always see at a White Lotus. She did say she was a petal and worked her way up to blossom 😊
I wish I knew if he already knew of her and planned the whole thing, like in Breakfast at Tiffany's she seeks out super rich men. Or if he genuinely bumped in to her and he got the idea from her saying death was the only thing she hadn't tried yet or something.
@@bponce416 Omg you're right! When I watched that first time I feel like I saw it though Tanya's eyes, but looking back he was so shifty the whole time!

Jennifer Coolidge has had this character down cold at least since BEST IN SHOW, but in this she gets to stretch, and give her some surprisingly poignant moments

Tanya McQuoid needs an entire spinoff show just on her life
Not with that tragic ending

She’s been doing great work for decades. It’s awesome that she now has an Emmy, thanks to her performances on “White Lotus.”
I want her on third season and her mother should be Meryl Streep or Glen Close, period
The world needs more content from Jennifer Coolidge
I could just watch videos of her nuances: breathing, sighing and the silence in between ❤
No
'At the core of the onion, Belinda, is just a straight up alcoholic lunatic.' One of the best lines ever for someone describing their situation.
I was just telling my daughter about that line when I saw your comment. I couldn't stop laughing when she said that. So funny!
The whole "layer" speech is SO TRUE, LOL!
At the core, it’s just an alcoholic lunatic 😆
At the core of the ONION BELINDA!
Whoever wrote that scene must love Shrek

She won the Emmy last night!!! Congratulations Jennifer! Bravo, we'll done!
my favorite scene is when Tanya thinks the bag with her moms ashes is missing and Lani finds it right there and how she says “OH MY GOD” 😂
No wonder Jennifer Coolidge won every award here.
Her performance is incredibly outstanding!
NO.
"aaaAAAHHHHHaaahhh, oh mother mother mother...." kills me EVERYTIME

"goodbye mother"

The way she talks into the bag of ashes😅

Been a hugggggge fan of Jennifer Coolidge for the longest time! Thanks Mike for finally giving her the recognition she deserves!
Jennifer really is a gift. I love her
Jennifer was really amazing as Tanya, she stole all her scenes. Whilst Tanya ultimately let down Belinda, you can't help but feel sorry for her.
She definitely did Belinda dirty but the ride was fun while it lasted
Yeah. Tanya did the best she was able to do at the time. I mean, she had a lot going on and she could have left Belinda with nothing but she left her with cash instead and inadvertently freed her from an unhealthy dynamic.
Wait a sec didn’t she give her an envelope of charity money with no strings attached? Isn’t that almost better than having her as an investor?
She is such an incredible comedian.
In this series she wasn't a comedian.

Can Season 3 be a prequel about Tanya and her mother??? 🤣
Oh god yes!
This woman is incredible.
Congrats Jennifer on your first Golden Globe win! Well deserved.
Jennifer coolidge is an outstanding moment....continually
She deserves that Emmy win
I never laughed and cried teared emotionally from that boat scene. Wow.

She won the emmy to great acclaim and delivered to me the most hilarious speech at the emmys so far. Became an instant fan of hers
"Oh my mother. mother! mother!! ... AHH!!! UAAAAAAAAAAAAAUUU WAHHH!!!!!!"
Can't wait for the new season which just wrapped in Thailand. "Oohhh I dreamt that I was on top of this beautiful mountain range in Asia."
I think they’re hinting to season 3. She said she had a dream of being on a mountain in Asia with cyanide. Lots of layers in this show.
She's Terrific on season 1 & 2 so far
I want to see her doing Shakespeare.
Great unique actress.

what season 2 lacks are these funny scenes, but they make up for it with more nuanced characters
Jennifer’s scenes are always funny
Ummm wut season 2 it’s filled with JCool’s iconic Lines!
It's so cool to see your childhood crush to serious acting
1:36 that line is her essence😂
Her crying is so funny especially in season 2 when she shot at all the guys
Those scenes were epic
What about the scene when she asks if there’s Oreo cookie cake and when she asks “Is that the Queen of Sicily” 😂😭
her best moment is when she waves to the queen of Sicily, in season 2
That scene was hilarious at the opera. Her face when she waved at her was priceless 😂😭😩
“Pssssssst!”
" A deep sea fisherman from Black Lives Matter"... 🤣 She just nails the deadpan delivery of every line.
