Maynard did that live in a few shows i saw in the early naughts, but unfortunately hes not able to do that anymore. In Miami this past January he held it for 10-12 seconds, which is about where he's been since around 2012.

Maynard stopped doing the 25 second scream because the last time he did it in concert he almost blacked out, so it's much shorter in concert now.
