      Test vitamin b12 level and even if it is low tak b12 tablets trust me it works, it worked for me within 1 month because my dad is a neurologist and he suggested me do that

    Girl! You should have way more subscribers I love this video. Thank you, I suffer from the same exact thing, super frustrating I thought my fog came from my insomnia or the fact that I sleep on a cpap I’m not sure at this point I am still researching 🥺 pray for me and I’ll pray for you 🙏🏾❤️

    Thank you for putting into words ! I feel like my brain is connected thru a 28k modem . I hate the "reset&reload" brain thingy does randomly. I also have Celiac, diet is very important

    sticky notes... EVERYWHERE haha. and my planner saves me at least 70% in these moments!

      I am getting a clip for my water bottle cause I constantly forget even to drink let alone where I left it and drinking is important! ( Hydration is the word I hung on for like 10 min thinking this post)

    I’ve experienced this for years. It makes relationships challenging because I’m attracted to very intelligent men and I find it hard to keep up. I think I’ve found a solution though.

    I dont feel normal i feel as if i am in a dream, everything is blurry outside and i dont connect to anything my eyes are always heavy .....is that a brain fog

      It could be. There are many varied descriptions of how brain fog feels for different individuals. I find that when I feel more emotionally distanced, it is more related to my fatigue and a need for more sleep, but that is just my experience. I would still suggest some of the tips I talk about in the video and some that others have suggested here in the comments and see if they help you! I hope this helps! - 💜 Alyssa

       I've been feeling detached from everything like im just going through everyday and do not even remember what i did yesterday....is that brain fog or some form of depression???

      @Nicholas, It is impossible for me to say. That is not necessarily how I personally experience brain fog. But your healthcare provider would be able to talk through that fully with you and help make that determination and get you to the right support regardless of which is the cause. I would suggest you let your doctor know of your experience and see what they say. I hope you feel better and more present soon, and thank you so much for sharing! - 💜 Alyssa

    If you don't have the pressure in the head or heaviness it's not brain fog.

      Hi TheRotationReport! I am not sure that there is any diagnostic criteria that require reporting pressure or heaviness in the head. Brain fog is associated with many different conditions and diagnoses, and it has a very variable presentation. - 💜 Alyssa

      My brain fog is much more than just memory issues. I get dizzy, uncoordinated, and sometimes even feel kind of high. Digital notes are like Post-it-notes; after so many you can't find them anymore! I have Celiac, SIBO, and sleep deprivation.

      Me too huh?!? Yes the worst moments. I apologize to my wife all the time for losing track of conversation even tho I am into the conversation . I am so blessed with her and her understanding.

    Iodine deficiency, Bromine in bread depletes your Iodine. Try lugol's Iodine, Mystery solved🎈

      That is a possibility for some people, and supplements can be really helpful, but for others, brain fog is just a symptom of other chronic conditions that they will have to manage for the rest of their lives regardless of treatments and interventions. Thanks for the suggestion though! 💜 Alyssa
