Why because its in Jamaica? It's not for me or many. However, the saying is - if you build it they will come. Jamaica has a lot to offer. Sadly Jamaicans in the diaspora are spending similar amounts on less property/view/climate but would belittle Jamaica.
This is a nice property, i just wish that the master bathroom would be bigger so it would accomodate a jacuzzi and that the community would have a gym as well. The home theatre and the sky bar is definitely the selling points of this townhouse.
They are still asking too much for it town houses are not so pricey

As always the presentation is wonderful 👏🏾 👏🏾 ….. however the asking price of “only USD…” is not realistic. At that price point that dark kitchen is not what buyers are looking for right now in the USA, and the primary bathroom space is at a minimum lacking ! 🙄. (Note. Jamaican home sellers quick to quote USD$ should take a trip to the USA and see what is expected in a particular market)
Very luxurious appointments! The quartz floors are gorgeous. I've never seen quartz door jams before - just gorgeous! Beautiful, spacious bathrooms too!

The space is there but money cannot buy taste, layout is strange and furnishings even stranger it’s terrible but hey each to their own. I wouldn’t say only 895k as it suggests it’s affordable to you and your viewers which I don’t think is the case for the majority. It’s good for awareness but needs a special targeted market. Agree with some of the comments. The decor is a very specific style and for me personally I would have to spend a fortune redoing a lot of it. The floors are stunning and it is nice and bright. I don’t care for the Vegas style lighting (a little tacky), I would leave the trim in a light colour. The kitchen cabinets are a very weird colour that is dated. Do not like the light fixtures…again very dated. The bath fixtures are dated too. I always believe go classic with fixed features and keep trends to fixtures that you can change relatively easily. Also, I had installed a fountain like that in my yard for a fortune and had to remove it because we were yelling to speak above the noise of the fountain. If I am paying $895K in Jamaica, I expect top drawer. In my case it is not going to be my primary home so maybe someone locally would be willing to pay this amount and put another $100K to get it to their taste. Thanks for sharing.

Lovely home. But not worth the money for $895,000 in the states you can get a mansion. The laundry area is too small it needs to be bigger you have to choose between a washer and dryer or stack them. There is not a back yard which is unfortunate. There is some good qualities to this home but the bathroom in the master as well doesn’t look as good as some of the other ones and should be bigger. The home has good character but I knew the housing market was bad. But quoting a Jamaican house in USD like let’s be realistic quote it in JMD we can’t have US prices in a third world country, no one would be able to afford anything.
In the US, houses that price have more sliding doors instead of actual walls, and dry walls where actual walls are supposed to be.

why is all your properties priced in USD?
I usually don't complain about the price of a property but this one in particular is disturbingly expensive. This is not worth USD 850k but it is a nice property.

The place looks decent. The interior design isn't great. The design that they used in the kitchen especially is not in trend. The spacing between the kitchen and living room is not practical. The couch blocks one of the entrances to the kitchen. The dining room is very small for the price and space. The entrance to the wash room is from outside? That is really weird and I am not sure that a stackable washer dryer can fit with the cupboards.
For a small backyard, why waste the space with a water fountain.
And when there is an emergency and you call 911 the ambulance will never come. My 800 thousand US can give me 3 houses.
