Based on how the real estate market is and the location of this property, 95mil is a steal!!! I’m sure it’ll be under offer within 24hrs of this video. You can also tell when a competent architect, engineer and contractor is involved in designing and building a house, this is a great example of such. Gorgeous property, and excellent presentation.

Most black people in Jamaica have never set foot in houses like this...this is for the other races to buy and live in. Jamaica is very racist. I've noticed the pictures on the walls of most of these houses (which they say are currently occupied)on this show are always non blacks.

Property Viewers, you are excellent as always, but the listing agent is the best and most professional I have ever seen, even Keida was in awe. The owners could have listed this house for 700,000US, with all those upgrades, the location, and the view from that patio. This will sell quickly.

The natural lighting in this home is breath taking. Personally, this home is too big for me, but I'm sure it's perfect for the right size family😁 Things I would change, counter tops in the kitchen to Stone counter top and sink to a farm sink, just my preference. This is the most modern and beautiful house I have seen advertised for sale and let me tell you compared to the others it is grossly underpriced, even though did not see a pool. Image having a pool there. Loved it!!!

Cute. I'm sure some of these owners fly down from their jobs other places in the world on the weekends to have their retreat and fly back up to go to work. We have by far some of the greatest architects in Jamaica however since I was a kid there in the sixties tho.
So this is the Upper Senandrew I heard so much about. It would take me 21 years of saving to afford this house.
