S16 "Harmonica" Controller

Repurposing a Haute42 S16 hitbox as a MIDI controller in MaxMSP using a harmonica inspired layout. Just a little experiment with the new [gamepad] object that will almost certainly make it's way into both my class, and in performance... once I tweak some [jit.gl] stuff...
