Thanks for the video! I have an upcoming trip to South America next month and I don't want to sell my iMac M1 24 inch. So I'm looking at the 21.5" Gator Case with the wheels and pull handle. Also, I just called the airline I'll be flying with and the rep said she thinks I'll be fine. She has a 24 inch monitor also and took it on a trip as well with no case on the plane.
GREAT video and idea My Dear friend however would you not consider using a laptop and just get a larger lighter desktop monitor so that you can use on different sites understandably you might want to use the power of the iMac however with the consideration of weight its a real pain in the butt!! Also I LOVE that midi keyboard that you have!!
Sorry I missed your comment. I agree. Definitely I can do that, however since our docuseries is super heavy, my MacBook Pro has a difficult time to render it. For anything else I would definitely take laptop with. This is a great solution if you want to go to a remote office for a week or two and what to avoid hustle of transferring and transcoding project in expense of carrying a large iMac.
@@lightsandshadowsproductions or what you can also do is get a high end GPU that you can use with an external thunderbolt PCIe chassis and you can have the best of both worlds

Thank you!
I laughed when I saw this case the first time. It turns out this is exactly what I need.
I said to myself no way I gonna carry this around. It is so stupid. Fast forward one week after that and here I am )
