My e61 Has now 210k km. Its still running good , for this engine (3.0L D) its like nothig I guess... I want more power all the time but I can still enjoy 300HP a little ...

And there's no reason to shift @ 6,5 in 2nd and 3rd gears, so even with +/- 10 kmh tolerance in each gear, your car clearly seems to have 3,45 final drive ratio.

Today I drive e61 2009 3.0D tuned to 295HP 620NM it is much faster than my old e39 2,5i :)

Very nice,Good shifting at 6500rpm it's the best for your engine,going to 7000 rpm is not good for your engine at all and useless(your loosing power).
