In Samoa, we have a similar thing called ‘Siamu Popo’ (Coconut Jam) but it’s just palm sugar melted down (or burned, according to my dad) and then freshly squeezed coconut cream is poured in then you stir until thickened. This one looks yum too and I want to try it!

In Kunming China we have Erkuai which is this sauce put with a Youtiao doughnut in a rice dough tortilla like paste and wrapped up sometimes filled with a hot dog sausage. It’s delicious, I recommend you try it.

As a Malaysian, specifically Sarawakian, this is my favorite kind of breakfast alongside steamed dimsums. Enough to make me full until lunch or brunch. Nasi lemak, laksa Sarawak, and Kolo mee are great but are too heavy for me and would often ended up in the toilet. 🤣 Not something I'd prefer if I were to have outdoor plans later on.

you have to toast it also, you dont add so much butter. for eggs, your one is too chunky, it is supposed to be smooth. You can just put eggs in 99°C water, not fully boiling. Leave it there for 8 mins (with something to cover the bowl or whatever youre using to make the eggs)
As someone living in Singapore it’s called half boiled eggs where you boil the eggs for half the time of a full boiled egg my favorite time is 7 minutes and you are supposed to put soy sauce and pepper mostly white pepper
