You are a very clear and detailed teacher. Thank you so much. I really needed to find a way to sleep again, without making the TOS much worse. This helped me a great deal.
@@TrainandMassage you’re doing great! The information in your videos are so good and life changing. In my opinion the music only distracts the viewer from that information. 😊
Been doing these exercises & massage now 4 over a week & my pain has lessened & i’m feeling so much better & Im sleeping well now as before I found it so hard to move my arm with quilt on top just wondering what size is the trigger ball your using here for exercises led on the floor learning these movements from you has made my body feel so much better instead of having agonising pain all the time in my arm neck & shoulder Thankyou so much 🥰
I don't have intervertebral/hernia protrusions..all of my CT scan, X-ray and MRI results are fine..I do have a lot of knots in my muscles which is causing me a tremendous amount of severe and intense pain..yep.. I've been through PT and have all types of massages and injections... I'm so defeated right now 😢😢😢
does thoracic outlet syndrome could make pain in scm musle in neck? when i lift my hand like in the video, i feel a "pinch" in my left scm musle. been to different physio and still couldnt resolve. it's the first time i watch your video and somehow it make sense. i had a very bad sleeping habit which compress my left shoulder.
Tightness in the scm can cause some kind of tos pain. So def try massaging it out. Be warned though that it might tender and could take a few days to feel a release.
hello, your answer was not TOS but would you be able to elaborate as I get similar. I definitely have TOS for upper but similarly I get the same feelings in legs. As it feels like TOS it is a way to describe it but understand it isn't TOS so what could it be or what should we be looking at please.@@TrainandMassage
Would you please be able to do a video on cervicogenic headaches as a result from having TOS. I'm experiencing these and it's hands down the most intense pain I've ever felt. I've had to have so much time off work due to them.
Thanks for the reply. I'll try, but I get apneatic on my back. Would like to figure out if its TOS or stenosis somewhere in the neck. =-( @@TrainandMassage
I don"t understand why this guy constantly talks about pec minor or scalenes? Why he never mentions the main cause - intervertebral disc hernia/protrusion? He misleads people into doing things which will never give lasting results. So if he is honest - I wait for him to make a video on real cause.
I could be wrong but the hernia between discs wouldn't be thoracic outlet syndrome, it would be called something like thoracic radiculopathy. TOS involves the thoracic outlet not thoracic spine.

If l have an extra rib in my neck, and it is pinching on nerves and blood vessels, what would be the way to release that?
Try working on the scalenes or subclavius
Could TOS cause your upper back between shoulders blades to feel cold on and off?
It’s hard to say. It could be due to the same underlying issue or something like a secondary effect.

Ask your doctor
Stopped sleeping. No more night symptoms. 😏
lol, thanks one strategy.
Or you can sleep like a bat! Haha

depends on your situation. Try it out and see what happens.
This pain is exactly on the back of my shoulder not my chest. What should i do? My scalings hurts so bad.
Try massaging it or still the chest. that can help
I have TOS on my right hand but right now l feel same symptoms on my right leg. Is it because of TOS.
PLEASE CAN YOU HELP ME IN THIS REGARD 🙏
Not tos
Thank you for this video! Any suggested sleeping options if the TOS is caused by pec minor and scalene?

Can TOS make the thoracic outlet to swell
It might. Hard to say honestly
Dark circles around eyes, liver damage?
Just tired
Both tests hurt
Then massage those muscles!
Both of my arms go numb at night.....
try sleeping on your back with a pillow between each arm

lol. Not the only reason. Plus not much you can do on your own with a disc issue.
