This movie is definitely not as bad as people make it out to be. I remember seeing this at famous players as a kid and I kept thinking the beginning was so dark and creepy but in the best way possible.
It's only bad if you grew up on gritty edgelord Dark Knight, which still slaps, but it's great if you grew up on 2000s Justice League Batman cartoons, or better, Adam West.
You know what I'll give this movie some credit despite all its faults, the movie was at least colourful and things really stood out in the backgrounds and some of the acting was actually good (villains wise) I especially loved the talk between freeze and ivy when she trys using the dust and points out its pheromone, considering its one scientist from another such a small but great detail.
Honestly the sets for the the 90s films of the two Joel Schumacher films along with the ones from the Tim Burton films I got so impressed by the detail at times when I was kid still do to be honest. And of course the soundtracks
