Thank you so much.. That’s make sense inhale in the mouth and exhaled through the nose .. My nurse taught me wrong .. She told me to inhale and exhale through the mouth .. 😢😢

Thank you. I couldn’t remember how to use the machine. I used it this morning and I obviously didn’t use it right. I put cotton swab in them and you put the tape on and I put the tube on with the mouthpiece. So I did it wrong so thank you very much.
