- Never thought you'd see air knuckle being important but anyway
This doesn't do as much damage as the fullscreen one but still very important combo.
Edit: So some people think momochi found this combo 1st during the demo but this video is from beta 2. So yeah next time you see someone call this a momochi combo, please correct them saying a random French Luke main found it first.

I think I went through all of Beta 2 without ever seeing that air move.
Barely saw any luke players period

how do you get the air knuckle so low?
The secret is to late cancel the jump mp and also to hold the air knuckle just enough to NOT get the charged version.

The trick is you have to late cancel the air knuckle very late, then hold it just enough to NOT get the charged version

I literally do these crazy long combos and it’s no where close to this amount of damage. Are you restarting the damage reduction from combos?
He's not. He's minimizing the combo scaling by not using multi-hit moves and is comboing with primarily heavy buttons. The whole first grounded chain is all back heavy kick, crouch heavy punch, and parry rushes.
Will take Juri as exemple : A critical Art at max damage reduction does 2400 damage.
To deal 6K damage you need to do 3600 damage. Get a punish counter for 1100 damage that can link to 600 damage medium.
With 2 normals and CA3 50% you have 2/3 of the damage.
You just have to find the missing gap between the two using your drive metter to push the numbers up.
Getting to 6K+ is easy, a basic 3 link DR 3 link special will get you there. Then you can get little more damage finding more optimal route with damage reduction efficiency. But it barely worth the work to get this little extra 100 bonus damage at some point. Still fun to do though.
KInda just borrowing from two concepts I found huh 😅but good stuff anyways. I've done this exact combo into lvl2 once on a buddy of mine, and it did like 6000 damage and even he was surprised like how did that do that much damage🤨
someone in my comments said this might not be possible anymore, I'm waiting for it to come out on PC to try it out. It's honestly not THAT useful anyways, its kind of flashy, only useful in kill situations, and using drive rush inside combos I do not reccomend if it won't kill.
@@saado99 I mean this is the max damage combo for a cornered opponent so I guess its still useful, just situational
@@Wulf_YT It is max damage, for that it is useful. However, I don't think it's good to use this after blocking most reversals in most situations due to drive regeneration purposes. You pause drive meter recovery as soon as you do the 2nd drive rush. It's great if you are about to kill though.

Still the most optimum that make 6980 which same to your combo but after light knuckle perfect version then do heavy knuckle with CA

@@Wulf_YT so I checked it and following same combo you did but instead of doing the air juggle I did HP knuckle with ca cancel and made a damage of 6823 which is less than yours 👍. Well done for finding the optimum one for corner. Maybe the different is not to big but still same time you need it to make the kill
How do you taunt
so normally you have to press all attack buttons with a direction (I use the all punches button and the all kicks button shortcut to fo it) but sf6 now has a shortcut for taunt that you can set in ur controller mapping settings.

Either all attack buttons weither you use shortcuts or not, or in sf6 you can map it to a single button
