I’ve heard about trans/od issues on the OBS Fords sometimes being caused by a faulty 3rd brake light. I don’t remember the specifics, sounds crazy I know, but look into it

@@toddr3093 oh shit. You might be onto something. I did recently put the topper back on and probably wired the 3rd brake light wrong.

I drive a 6.0 F250, and an ‘03 Disco. Both are full of tools and spare parts, just in case. I feel your pain.

Yar I drive a 88 IDI F250 5 spd 2WD rarely if ever fails but gets stuck pretty easy. My other rigs are a 79HJ45 2h Diesel (turboed) and an 88Fj62 both landcruiser's had been hibernating for years before i got them revived. The FJ62 just lost its charging system while I was out pulling people out of mud and ditches it been raining here in the Ozarks. My 4th rig is the ultra reliable 87 Dodge Raider its quirky, rusty and slow haha I love old rigs.

Funny to see the Defender model car in the French firefighter livery, wonder how it ended up in the US
