    Have an ‘06 TC34DA, with a Woods loader. Loaded lots of stone with it over the years, without a problem. Woods equipment is premium priced, but always works. NH dealer will work their magic and you will be back in business. Those little tractors are super handy to have around.

    Thanks Racer, I'm sure we'll get it figured out. If we only have trouble every 10 years, I can live with that.

    Well this probably 4 years too late but it's a broken cable inside that unit you were pointing to. I had the same problem. Mine snapped when I pulled too hard on it. It's on the inside. Easy fix.

    Jeff that trucker did a great job of spreading the gravel on your driveway. I hope you get your tractor fixed soon. Take care.

    That's what I'm hoping, that we can just rebuilt that control valve. Thanks for taking a look!

    What was the problem? We are having the same issue on our New Holland. Can you share what you found, please?

    I had a new Holland tc40 and the hydraulic did the same thing. it turned out the coupling needed replacing. give that a try.

    I have enjoyed your educational tractor videos. Will you be doing an update to your loader issue? Also, Would you please explain the function of turn knob located outside of the bottom cover of joystick? Looking forward your next tractor video, Many thanks, Alfred

    I'll look into that. I just had a guy send me a link to a parts breakdown of the valve body, hopefully I can figure out what broke and replace it.

    You'll figure out the problem! My neighbor had a kubota, only time the loader ever got used was when it was in the way of view for mowing the grass!

    It has been a really great Tractor and I've worked it pretty hard over the years. I'm hoping I can just rebuild that valve body. If I can find some good info on it, I might even tackle it myself.

    *reversing. Also to add when the lift cylinder is disconnected make sure you have good flow coming out. I'm no expert, but have the same machine. Had the same issue it was a bad cylinder.

    It sounds like you broke a spring inside of the control valve. There is no need to replace the whole unit.

    Good move Farming it out!! Some things aren't worth messing with!! You would lose a whole day taking it apart, getting parts for it and putting it back together!!☺

    I've always had to spread out big piles of gravel the hard way... I've never seen a spreader like that. I'm guessing the dump valve for that circuit is pooched (you knew that already). I suspect that ram not a power up/power down circuit. If that's the case, I think there is a check ball that keeps the pressure in the line. The ball can have a broken spring and cause the ram to not hold any pressure. Been a LONG time since I fixed hydrolics.

    Yeah, we actually were expecting a larger truck to show up. Seems like every time you fix one thing, two others break....gets kind of old after a while.

    On Kubota's the screws holding the linkage comes loose from the valve and then breaks the bracket but you already said they look good.

  • @ParadoxdesignsOrg

    G'luck with that, I know it sucks when ya break stuff (been there, done that many times) but the driveway looks pretty darn slick!

    That sounds like an expensive fix. Hope your valve didn't go. I would definitely like to see another video of it when you get it back.

  • @wtbm123
    @wtbm123 11 ปีที่แล้ว

    To make it easy could price the block out. and change the whole thing.When you move the lever you should be able to feel witch line gets fluid,or crack the line then try ,and if the line going to affected Cyl does not pressurize then the valve is bad. . Some of them can be fixed, but easy to just replace.

    The gravel/rock driveway looks pretty good from what you've shown. The rocks are small out there :)

    You valve body has to be rebuilt im thinking. a seal or something inside the block. a sticky valve a small part could probably fix it.

  • @not2fast4u2c
    @not2fast4u2c 11 ปีที่แล้ว

    I would think something broke or stuck in the control valve It should be rebuildable that may not be cheaper than a replacement part

    New Holland? Damn, I like your style. I thought I was going to be able to help, but no dice. We have had chronic issues with our MX110's, but their system uses cables with plastic tips on the end. It's a simple fix, but costly, and all too common. Totally different setup on that little guy. Maybe you guys should have got a Deere. That way it would be in the shop every month.

    I'll check those out after I check the blinker fluid...lol

  • @tonyzag8379
    @tonyzag8379 10 ปีที่แล้ว

    I would say it's either a pump, joystick/valve or bad/bent lift cylinder issue. I would start by isolating the lift cylinder by disconnecting the hose at the cylinder itself. If that doesn't work I would switch the quick disconnects by revering the lift with the curl cylinder if that works it a valve issue. If not put a pressure gauge on ur quick disconnects and check pump psi. Should be around 2,400 psi.

    Still broke or what? No sign of the fix that I read, maybe I missed it here idk.
    Don't just replace the entire valve assembly on these, if it's inside the block its generally seal related as mentioned so replacing the seal/spring and making sure no dirt got inside it fixes them, cheap easy fix on them most times.
