When you select "Computer" there will show you other drives also for example: drive F, drive E, drive D, drive G, etc. *Check all the above drives including "C Drive", and search windows and within windows search "Utiman". Becoz..In some window files there not show you "Utilman". but in other drive's window files there must be "Utilman". Becoz.. I found this way for my laptop
