Not sure about the scramble but you can probably do something like portobello mushrooms in the bake!! Just won't be as hearty so make sure to also add lentils or beans on the side ❤️

@@gstatuskiva Tofu is super versatile, you have no idea! It can taste like pretty much anything you want, and the texture can be anything too, depending on which kind you get and how you cook it. :)
