You call you get someone in India. They don't know what they're doing. They're reading off of a script, and they're annoying. I just canceled my prime membership. Too many late and missing deliveries.

The thing that's annoying is they suggest if I spend $25 on qualifying products I can get them same day. I didn't get them. It says "On the way but running late. We're sorry your delivery is late. If you prefer not to wait for this package, you can cancel and get a refund." It doesn't even tell me when its gonna be here! I was only huying a $10 item then saw I could get it sooner by spending more. I feel like a sucker.
Mine arrive a day late since they decided to hire private contractors. I am getting sick of it being delayed and not being able to use it before I have to go back to work. That results in not being able to use the product for 6 days. Unacceptable.
Ordered an iphone on tuesday 20th and payed extra for it to arrive the next day. Now it’s friday 25th and was guaranteed to arrive today but instead got delayed to 5th of july and I can’t get a refund

Clickbait! This is actually an Amazon friendly video. Not being angry at Amazon for late packages and you think we are wrong! Customers have a right to be angry when Amazon or any other retailers charges for a guarantee service that they cannot provide. Not to mention that they continue to raise the cost of the membership. Not to mentioned that you often do not get to speak to a customer service rep. MONOPOLY!
Amazon offers nothing for late deliveries. I know because I’m their employee. You supposedly pay $139 a year for your membership and the lowest paid delivery driver makes $18 an hour. You do the math. You’re paying for a better deal on the merchandise. Expedited delivery or so-called expedited. Delivery is a free service. Anything this broad is telling you is it 100% lie. Just be patient. You will get your stuff. But we are only human. And if you don’t like it shop somewhere else and see how long it takes to get what you ordered. But Amazon will not give you anything for your package being late.

Call the credit card company and report the charge as fraudulent cuz you didn’t get what you paid for
