- I think the reason most people dread exercise is that they haven't found a form of it that they actually enjoy. You don't have to go to the gym to get a workout in! There are sooo many different forms of exercise out there and it's worth doing some exploring to find one or a few that you actually enjoy. The more we enjoy an activity, the more likely we are to make time for it consistently throughout our lives.

I agree! I like to keep my workouts spontaneous by walking in the parks, as well as staying in the gym! I love when I go to concerts because I’m dancing, and that’s another form of exercise like you said! Great video!
