I think the best one was actually the Legend of Beowulf mission in AC Valhalla

Hey Willis, I think I've watched all your videos. I have never commented on a TH-cam video before, but I felt really inclined to comment on this one to say that you are truly one of the greatest TH-camrs ever. I love your videos so much and can't wait to watch your character analysis on Bayek as I’m from Egypt (didn’t like Origins that much, though) and the outfit review for unity. That’s it, keep posting videos! Love you, man. ❤

Thanks man those are some incredibly kind words I appreciate that so much
I’m curious what was it about Origins that you didn’t like very much?

I think it’s the RPG system I don’t like and won’t ever like. My start with Assassin's Creed was actually Liberation. I found it on my PC when I was young. I liked the flashiness of the combat, how fast it was, and how strong I felt. Then I went to Black Flag. The difference was phenomenal. I liked the idea of being a pirate, and the story was deep. But at that time, I didn’t get the idea of the Assassins or their creed until I started from the beginning.
I finished Assassin's Creed 1, 2, Brotherhood, Revelations, and 3, and replayed Black Flag and Liberation. I was waiting for Unity’s release and couldn’t wait. It came, but my PC couldn’t handle it, so I played Rogue. It was good but felt like a copy-paste of Black Flag. I wanted to be in Paris so much that I played the game with like 30 frames while being windowed in a small box. I upgraded my PC just for that game and played it like 10 times. It was buggy, yeah, but the innovation mesmerized me.
Syndicate didn’t have the same vibe. It was funny, but I liked the siblings' dynamic. I got carried away here. Now we are in the period of hearing leaks about Origins. It was going to be a new thing set in ancient Egypt. I was so hyped, but when I played it, the parkour basically didn’t exist. I only liked Alexandria (the city I live in now) because it felt alive, and the map was MASSIVE. I didn’t like that at all. The story was deep, but with that slow combat and having to do multiple side quests just to get to the next mission, it felt wrong. The side missions weren’t captivating; it was just like finishing this to get that XP (not going to lie, same thing as Ghost of Tsushima).
The last time I played it was a long time ago. After my finals, I’m going to replay it. I’m not sure if you’re going to read my life story with Assassin's Creed, but anyways, it means a lot to me that you replied to the first message ❤️.

A great one for AC Shadows, when it comes out in November, should revolve around the Shimigami (Japanese death gods) myth and legends. Better yet, a dlc expansion revolving around Japanese Yokai folklore would be fun.
My favorite one from a paat game was actually The Legend of Beowulf mission in AC Valhalla.
Speaking of which, please do a video on AC Shadows soon.

That would be a really cool aspect to center a dlc on, I don’t think a pre order mission could do it justice
I’ve never played Legend of Beowulf I’ll have to give it a go
Also this video was recorded a few weeks ago just wanted to get it out as soon as I’d finished editing but don’t worry an AC Shadows vid is certainly on the way ◡̈

It definitely would be a cool one since Naoe is a Shintoist, as seen in the trailer, so she would DEFINITELY be pretty spooked about Shinigami or Yokai. I remember there being a quest revolving a kappa in Ghost of Tsushima, so it would be something cool if it were a side-quest here.
Although, from what I can tell, the pre-order quest revolves around Naoe helping a dog get revenge for the death of its master. I feel like it might be a slight reference to the real-life Shiba Inu who always came to the train station to meet its master, then still kept coming to the station to wait for its master long after he died. This until the dog died itself, and the Japanese immortalized him by building a statue of the dog.

@@maxm.m.7219 I can picture this dlc expansion having Naoe (yes it has to be her, not Yaskue in this instance) being transported to the Shinigami realm, which would make for some striking imagery with its aesthetics and design. Maybe something regarding her father would take her there
