I’ve been doing step on the floor, but I finally got a step yesterday (from goodwill) and this was the first workout I did with it. It was great! Chris is such a good instructor. Thank you!

This was a fun one with good tunes! I'm in the late beginner early intermediate phase as I've been doing your videos since January. I love that if a move is difficult or might trigger an old injury (I've had 2 ACL reconstructions) I can switch it out for a move from another one of your videos that has the same count (re: L step to box step becomes L step squat Tik Tok) and I end up in the same place. Thanks for your positivity!

This was a great prep for Niagara! Just when the person said, "This is not for me! ", I wanted to yell, "No! Don’t quit now! I am fumbling too but by the end I’ll get it! You will too!" I hope she tries it again. Thanks, Chris for giving me the support to mess up but keep trying !! ❤️
For any nay-sayers, definitely stick with it! There was a time when I didn’t even own a step, and would look longingly at all the step vids. When I got one for Christmas 1.5 yrs ago I was a total novice and stumbled often over my own feet, but now I can do the advanced after watching a few times. It’s amazing what you’ll achieve as long as “can’t” or “won’t” isn’t in your vocab! ❤
Another fun one and a brain challenge too! Just when I think you have thought of every possible step move, you come up with more! 😊 I fumbled some of these but I just kept going and caught up as soon as I could.
I want to thank you for your encouragement. I have been the person frustrated to the point of stopping a video, but I wanted my workout so I went to one of your other videos that I love and just started that to help calm me down. Now I know enough steps to muddle through and just be happy that I kept moving. Your positivity has me wanting to try more every week. Thanks so much for what you do!

Ok! I just finished this workout. I backed it up a several times to get the moves down. Thank God for technology, lol! I laughed at myself and didn't sweat, pun intended, the small stuff. I am about to repeat the video because I thought it was awesome and had so much fun. Don't give up! I AM one of those people who get frustrated with imperfection HOWEVER as I've aged, like the fine wine that I am 😜, I have given myself permission to be that flawed human being and I'm not sorry for it. I embrace myself. Chris, I really like that you leave your mistakes in. Thank you for being you and keeping things positive for all of us on here. I need to do this a few times to get it all down. The music + Chris make all the difference. I know I will get this after a few times. Now don't get me wrong, I am sweating buckets....this is a good thing.

So, I was feeling like I needed to move to get some stress out. Will do the chest/back later ( 3- 4 days a week of weight work!!!) Sooo, i've been doing step for over 30 years. And these steps took me a while... Tracy, I just moved and did something on my own until I "got" it at the end. My heart rate stayed up, I got de-stressed, and I feel so good. I'll try it again in the future and maybe get it at the beginning - or not. Oh Chris, I adore your expertise, your teaching, and your WISDOM!!!!
I haven't done step in about 15 years! My husband and I met at step class, 28 years ago. I lost him to cancer about 10 months ago. there was a Reebok step at the thrift store and I grabbed it thinking I'll do it myself and have happy memories. Thought I'd do a quick search to see if there were any videos and found you! I got my sweat on this morning (rusty, but I can still do a mean repeater!) and had happy memories of me and my hubs doing step together! Healing comes in so many ways. Thank you.
Almost skipped cardio this morning bc of late night/early morning with tornado warnings but so glad I sucked it up and did step. Feeling so much better!

Absolutely loved this one. I've been trying to do an intermediate step on Saturdays. I have more time and can back things up and practice each segment a few times. I've really enjoyed being able to practice and get the moves down! It took me 50'ish minutes to finish the workout today but damn, I got the moves down. Makes me feel like I've accomplished something huge 😂🎉 thanks for these great workouts Chris!❤
